App works perfectly on all devices but for android version 4.4.2 I am not able to complete payment. Please help me.

Great app to use however sometimes the sliding of the card is a problem

I have used this for a year and it has been a good solution for card processing. My previous card processing service claimed to have the best rate and had a really low swipe rate, but after charging for all of "extras" ie. rewards cards, statements, PCI compliance fees, etc., it was just a "bait and switch." This app is a flat rate, and a lower rate than you will get with the other mobile processing apps out there. I've checked. PLUS, the customer service and developer are really great. Some of the other mobile processors don't even have a phone for support. This one actually answers their phone, answers questions and works diligently to resolve any issues. They are open to feedback. Other mobile processors take their fee out of the transaction before depositing into your bank account. This makes accounting more tedious. The income deposits and fees are separate. The new update improved the app immensely. Tips are a big part of my income and the tip screen is more user friendly. I use a BT swiper and the receipt printing is streamlined. The newest Android version was glitchy, but is now fixed. If you haven't used it recently, reconsider. This is the best one.

Totally useless app. Doesn't work on certain versions of Android 6.0.1.

My boss uses this app on his iPhone and it works smooth no problems. But, I have this on my Note 5 and even when st through setting sales tax does not get added when trying to bill the customer. Please fix for Android and I will gladly leave a better, more postive review. Thanks.

It sort of worked a year ago but this year it didn't even allow me to type in all the credit card info much less use the card reader.

Great app, if it is on an apple device, and or samsung phone. Wish it would work with surface pro laptop or a dell inspirion 2 in 1 laptop/tablet.

Doesn't work on an VZW Ellipsis

App it's self is fine the company behind it is horrible! They are rude on the phone, and won't let you finish your sentence. Watch your statements like a hawk! If not they will take small amounts out that shouldn't be taken out!!!

Need new update asap for the newest Android version

Was told all I needed is an Android phone to use my card swiper. So I went out and bought a T-Mobile Prism Android. Came home, installed this app and guess what.... ya, I'm very disappointed it doesn't work. Going to have to look for another merchant with an app that work with my phone if this isn't fixed.

Have used many of these, square, gopay and this has 24 hr customer service you can talk to and works everywhere!

Works with Galaxy Nexus GSM with Paysaber Jack, but does not work with HTC One (shows a headphone jack icon) nor does Nexus 7, keeps on securing card reader screen. Please fix it! Edit! HTC One works now!

I constantly got stuck at the "securing card reader" screen and was unable to use the app with my paysaber card swiper.

One star as your clients cannot tip in dollar amounts one the Samsung Galaxy. This makes the product worthless for such I minor yet simple fix. Old company with great potential trying to play in the new tech age.

Not only is this not supported by Galaxy Tab 2, but you cannot receipt customer via phone text.

Have to change my review. They made some great changes. Now can end and close batches. View history. Awesome. Thanks guys. Great work.

Problem FIXED! Please add same functions as iphone, I only use the history to see the batches but the option isn't even available

This is ma money maker!! Their merchant console is also one of the best payment gateways I have ever used!! Big thumbs up USAePay!!

This has gotten so much worse since most recent update: App force closes while processing credit card payments, shuts down, charges the customers credit card, but keeps no record of the charge. App often also causes multiple credit card charges.

I have had the app and the PaySaber jack for 6 about months. I have rarely used it, using Square instead. I was hoping to move away from Square, my processing is cheaper through USAePay, but the UI is horrible for customer service. To start the jack had no instructions. Initially I could not resolve the issues in the app. Thought I was dumb, but neither could customer support. Finally found a setting on my own. The the app does not rotate to landscape. It is nearly impossible for someone to sign with their finger in portrait mode, there is just not enough room. Customer service told me it would be resolved in the next update. I just got that update, no landscape mode. The app emails out a receipt. It is a rtf file, looks like something from 1987. Square has a beautiful receipt with my company logo and a Google map of where the purchase was made. Square was first, and set the bar high, you guys need to step up to the plate.

This app is great, all the other features such as batch history is on the gateway. This is way better than Square's payment service!

Does not work with my DROID razor and the $300 swiped printer they sold me.. Rip off!!!
