Junk. If I could give it no stars, I would. Archaic interface. Cannot hide the left panel so you can see more of the actual important content on the right. When you choose "See More" so you can see other transactions, it doesn't work correctly because it overlays the most recent transactions on top of the others. It's a mess.

This app is good, but there's a very frustrating flaw in check deposits, which can easily result in improperly endorsed checks, which means failed deposits. What the app should do is this: 1. Help you endorse your check properly. 2. Help you take the front photo. 3. Help you take the back photo. Instead, the app tells you, AFTER you've started taking photos, how to endorse the check. That is, after you may have already endorsed it incorrectly, messing up your check. Who is going to start taking photos before endorsing their check? The endorsing help, in this app, comes TOO LATE. Now I have to get a new check cut to me, because I've messed up my check.

I can only give this app 2 stars because it doesn't show your balances correctly one minute it says your balances and your transactions on one date and you transfer money to allow for your transactions to go through and not allow insufficient fund fees then the next day everything is different and your hit with fees and when you call you're told oh no those things went through before you transferred your money to that account!!!! It's happened more then once and it feels like a scam.

Mostly great. The app DOES require separate username/password than the online banking. I noticed that my outdated phone had trouble with the upgrade, so had to get a slightly less outdated phone. Faster mobile deposit than my other bank. Ease of fund transfer between my own accounts. Monthly credit score. Generally easy to use. Occasionally won't let me sign in. Today got Certificate Pinning Error and cannot sign in at all.

app used to be great. it used to save my email info and only request my password upon login, every now and then it would confirm my security questions, no big deal. now, it refuses to allow me to turn on the quick balances and it forces me to type email, password AND answer security questions literally every.single.time. I open the app. If I was able to see my quick balance, this wouldn't be so infuriating, although would still be incredibly annoying !! Fix this app, PLEASE !!!

Used to see my credit card - now it's gone. Just my checking, savings and overdraft.

App works. This may not mean much until you run into the constant sign in loop I had to deal with on Citibank. I'm still fuming on another credit union that pretends to have remote deposit on their app. Wouldn't be so bad if they had parking - but no parking and no remote deposit. This app works and that's big for me.

I installed this app several years ago on my phone. It has never updated. All the changes I've made to bill pay in the intervening years do not show in the App Bill Pay. Right now this app is of minimal use to me.

Easy to login with my fingerprint and see balances in a snap. Mobile deposit is so easy, I was shocked. Free credit score is a good feature. More functionality than I expected.

This app sucks. I mean, it's terrible. I'm locked out through the app but can log in online. I even reset my password but I'm still locked out through the app. At least you're making it harder to get access to my savings account.

I already have a username and password, but I can't use those to login. It states that they are invalid. Trying to go through 'First time user' forces me to register as a brand new user, which i dont want, because I'm already a user. Update: you cant use your account you use on USAlliance's website. You'll need to register a separate account for the app. It's, for unknown reasons to me, security related....

Worst app you will ever use. Wouldn't bother if I were anyone else thinking of using it. Tried many times to put in my log in info and it comes back "failure".. so ok, try to reset my password, that should work right?? Wrong. Does not recognize the member ID, acct number or better yet, the last 6 of my SS number. Just ridiculous.. says to call.. yea sure, that should work. Dooey app doesn't recognize my member ID and my SS # then I have to talk to a dips**t?? Forget it.

Pythetic app no way to pay cc from app, have to login web each time.:/

this app doesn't update balances properly and I notice small deductions being taken from the previous balance that are unaccounted for. when I inquire about this there seems to be no record. I dont know if it's the app or the bank

App credentials use different system then website online banking. I am locked out of the Android app, but can log in on Google Chrome. Poor design; uninstalled until you sync the 2 systems for ease of use.

I love this mobile app. It is so convenient in many ways, from being able to doing mobile deposits, checking balances, making transfers. Plus so much more.

ever since the update in 2018, my app shows "no accounts". I've erased and downloaded it 8 times to get it back to original at the recommendation of tech support. what could it be?

Easy to navigate and find what I need. I can do everything on here that I need to do on the website. I love being able to access my accounts at a moment's notice so I can track my spending. Much more intuitive than my other credit union's app.

I cant even sign in ,now I have to make all my payments on my laptop ,tried many times and keeps giving me an error message and it crashes ,people dont have time for this nonsense, get your heads out of the sand and fix this .

Haven't been able to log in for a while now. App doesn't allow you to make a payment on your credit card. Pretty useless unless you only need to check a balance.

App is really slow even if using with wifi. Im better off checking my balances through my online login instead. Great bank just the app is sooo slow to log you in.

I have the worst experience trying to submit my application and to get approved, I did everything online then I have to do it again by phone, then now I have to go to the nearest branch, not worth my time.

This is really easy to use and offers a lot more than apps from other institutions that I have had apps for. Makes my life easier in general.

So far so good..app works great but I have a problem with the overdraft protection they took away without warning..been a customer over 4 years

This is the worst app, it is competely balance checking only. Ugh! I should just close my account and stop hopeful wishing they will update to normal USA standard credit union apps.

app doesn't work, installed and uninstalled it several times, was on the phone with support, no go. problem not resolved.

Easy to use and convenient, rarely use the desktop version anymore.

love this bank. I wish there were more locations but the APP is great.
