USB Camera Basic

This application takes photos or video from an external USB camera. It is a very basic application for operating USB webcams. It can adjust camera parameters (Brightness, Gain, Gamma, Hue, Contrast, White Balance, Saturation and Sharpness). It should work for most Android smart cellphones or tablets. But, this application will not work for some models (for example, Samsung of android 5.1.1 and Acer of android 5.0.1).
