Tried multiple times on a Samsung S8 and a S9 phone but this app does not work. No troubleshooting information.

Doesn't work. You need to download OTG Endoscope from same app maker. That actually works. Need to have camera attached before opening app. Why developer doesn't state this stuff is beyond me.

Tried this App on Samsung S5, there is no picture from USB Endoscope. Also installed App on Samsung A7 Tablet, still no picture.

As written below, if you're trying to use this with the generic USB Endoscope, this is the wrong app, even though the documentation sent you here. Scroll down and get OTG Endoscope from GameDNA. That's the one you want!

This same app just keeps showing up in different packages. Crapware just for advertising. Go elsewhere
