This Plugin is for tablets (like the Nexus 7 or Nexus 10) or phones (like Nexus 5) which have an USB OTG connector, but do not mount attached USB Sticks.Reading from and writing to an attached USB-Stick is possible.ROOT rights are NOT needed.FAT12, FAT16, FAT32 and exFAT formatted sticks can be read and written.NTFS formatted Sticks can be read.
If you have tested the plugin you can buy the full version or update to the next trial release.

About the permission "full network access": This is needed to open a local network socket for streaming. The plugin does not connect to the internet.

It accesses OTG USB through it's own system. You don't need a computer to do mass transfers. You can't cut and paste, only copy and paste, but this is the only app that seems to work at such a low price.
This is great for my xbox one footage which is NTSF format. I can now play and edit my footage on my Android tablet for Youtube. Only prob is sometimes it wont work unless i have an internet connection. Overall it's a great app and i will be buying the non trial version very soon.

Using Amazon Fire Tablet: Please fix the issue with the error message when entering any directory in TC on the USB: "GOOGLE PLAY RESPONSE: not connected". It pops up EVERY TIME after every click.

Not working. On USB device attached error occured saying: "Sorry, Total Commander USB-Stick Plugin has expired since 2019-12-31, please update.
well doesn't mean it can write files from external NTFS drive to external memory card on phone.

Did the update. Says getting directory and then takes me to a blank page. What a joke!!!!

Kinda works. Opens exFat but crashes if you seek while watching a video from the USB drive.
Only reading the contents of 2TB WD. Write permission not there..

Works with Xiaomi A1 Oreo with cheap USB type-C card reader. The card size is 64GB and exFAT.
where is write mode when i connect hdd seagate? unable to write only read access.
Provisional review, tested once with an external NTFS HDD and worked acceptably, transfer speed seemed slow but worked.
The only thing that works really for my rooted tablet, with Android 6.0

Very happy, works flawlessly with my FAT12 GPS device!
This app may be free but it's extremely buggy, opening files work for a while and then the program just crashes and stops reading the USB entirely. I also have no idea how to copy and paste files from my phone to the USB since there is no proper tutorial for it, the terrible UI doesn't help either. Experimented on premium version and not much has changed.
