Yes there are some apps that do this. One is named "tethering" written backwards. Perhaps Windows over the latest while has a feature for this .Sending its own internet feed over USB so smartphone can surf web........ Thanks (My Telco commited fraud with me ......and this Internet sharing subject has always been my priority.....since)

Even when it shows connected,on both PC software and this app, when I open browser or market it doesnot connect.

After i downloaded it and installed it . it gives liks for downloading program for pc when i click on them they give Error 404

i just can't get it to work on my 2.3.4 android xperia mini. maybe it's because i've got a 64 bit windows 7 on my pc... don't know.. but i love the idea of connecting my phone via usb to the internet

Doesn't work on Asus Nexus 7 (2012). The windows part of the tool will not detect the Android device.

The app is good and the only one that delivers exact speed of your PC's internet. However my phone usually gets offline sometimes on larger download, so I have to disable and re-enable USB Debugging and start the tether again. Please fix this, I tried to convert it to a system app through Titanium Backup. That helped.

I had this apk when it just been created and this update wont work anymore it say my phone is offline ! I really get nothing :X

I am using this app for last four months. It works on 64bit os as well. You need to enable debug mode of your mobile.

it works well with the galaxy tab 2 7.0 (gt-p3113) first one I found that works

Needs to be continued. Had some bugs. Sometimes gets disconnected without any reason

i watched the video on youtube and then worked accordingly,, it worked pretty well.. But some of the apps didn't get the internet and i was forced to use my wifi or mobile data.. Developers if possible please work on it .

It helped me do portforwarding to host a minecraft server if it doesn't detect your phone download adb standalone and replace the adb files from the androidtool.zip with the new ones i have an epic 4g fyi

Not working on samsung galaxy ace- NOT rooted u have to add adbWinUsbApi.dll and it works smoothely

The android tool on the pc keeps closing connections. And the android interface is just there to start or stop service. Have configured opera. Help.

It didn't work on my rooted nextbook ares 10L. I can't run the rooted version of the app since it's for android 4.x. Couldn't find my device and it is rooted so it i know the cable is working.
