Good, but not perfect. First thing first, the most important part, case update notifications works. Now to the, admittedly, minor issues... Ads cannot be disabled (would gladly pay $1..2 or so to go ad free). No black theme. Some links on the USIC tools page are broken. Links that aren't broken open inside the app (i'd rather have them open in the default browser). Finally, most important USCIS link, the one to your USCIS account login, isn't on the tools page.
Nice app and I will put 5 star if you add an option to choose the specific forms that we want to look up. Update: cases that were approved on October 6 only showed up on October 10, cases approved on October 5 showed up on October 9. Unfortunately it's not very up to date anymore.
How people give 5 stars I don't know why the app does not sync with USCIS automatically, even I go to my cases tab, it doesn't refresh. My case status was updated yesterday on USCIS website, but the app doesn't know it. After I refresh it manually on the my cases tab, it just reflected the latest status. I don't think the refresh has reached the maximum number in setting.
Great for reliable notifications of case status changes. Used for whole greencard process, always got notified before my lawyer would contact me.
Good just for checking case status and being organized on case receipts. Only issue on the app is, the notifications doesn't pop-up on your phone unless you open the app. 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
The app just give notification of status change but when you go to history you get disappointed nothing but just N/A so you can't know what changed. Wish the app can give more details rather than just notifications.
Very convenient way the check the status of your case with USCIS. Not sure if it checks the status 4 times as selected in the options. And also the case status notification came multiple times even after I knew of the status.
It's not retaining the case number entered and every time you need to type from scratch when you want to check, it's irritating.
Quick and functional. Updates several times a day and alerts me to any changes.
Why there is lot of difference to iOS and Android app. In iOS we can see almost 500members case status but in android 100. In iOS can filter type of cases to view but this kind of features are not available. Better have to update these kind of features on Android OS also.
No way to add my cases to the app. I guess the link is broken. I can only see the sync sign on the page. No link to add my case. Please fix this issue.
Does not help with information. It just states what you can see already and you cant input your own case number to save it.
This is an excellent app. It helped me with updates and checking in on dates. The interaction is easy and getting started it's easy to understand. I will continue to use this app.
Works as intended, it's easy to setup your receipt code and get notifications for the changes on your case. The ads are not disruptive too.
It's great app to consolidate all your cases and get updates automatically it sends push notification so you don't have to worry about anything it's nothing but awesome!!!
There is no new, updated or recent changes that are given that are different from talking to someone on the phone. It would be great if they gold us next steps, gave information on who to talk to etc
Very good app but has been given false updates for the past few weeks. Please fix the false update notifications that just pop up randomly.
I don't see a difference between this and the official USCIS page ..oh actually yes..NO ADS! When you click something it just sends you to the USCIS website so this is like a middleman.
Can improve its interface. UI seems outdated but works faster and better than other apps.
Its a wonderful app. Keeps you updated on what to look out for. My main reason for liking this app it's you know what mail to expect and you know when something was actually registered or added to your case.
I just left it to do its job. I could check my case on here then on uscis and it said the same it even alerted me that my case status update when I didn't even get that notification from uscis. So to me it worked great
Helped me to submit case delay request. That info was not seen anywhere else unless you had the exact words to type into a query. Thanks for providing useful info and updates.
Almost perfect. If there was a way to remove the adds that would be perfect but they aren't to obstructive
Doesn't save case list even those there's a section for it. The only thing you can do is look up receipt numbers. Effectively useless.
This app is good to see multiple cases together to understand the position. Can we get a feature to filter by case type (like 1-129) and search multiple cases together?

Good tool for keeping the favorites. This needs improvement as it is not showing the actual status of the case as it is shown in the USCIS case status portal. Takes, I guess days to do sync. There's a question of reliability of someone needs the case approval data and this app shows the previous status.
