great app. works very well and is very convenient. there is room for improvement in mobile check deposit, as the program can't always read the date or signature- if you "look at picture" and then "keep picture" it doesn't seem to have the problem a 2nd time. would be nice if it didn't have this problem on the first time around. I've been utilizing this app since 2013 aaaaand I wish all of my apps were as simple, clean, functional, and easy to navigate as USE Credit Union's app. My life would be a lot simpler and I'd have more time on my hands. The fingerprint scanner log in is the icing on the cake. Don't change a thing, devs. Don't "fix" something that isn't broken. Cheers. 👍

Like too many app programmers they keep changing the interface. They apparently think their customers are children, constanty in need of diversion. The changes offer no discernible improvement (often quite the opposite), they just re- arrange the buttons and change the colors, which wastes the user's time as they now have to re-learn how to do work they were already accomplishing, while offering no return on that investment of time.

The app is great for quick overview of accounts. The check deposit feature is greatly improved over the previous version. But it is still asking to recheck perfectly good pictures of front or back (seemingly at random) of check. It is not necessary.

Used to be better, but lately the image recognition seems slow for check deposits. I'm always getting an "are you sure you can see..." message for every deposit. It's annoying. After the latest update, it seems even slower. It's almost to the point where I could drive to the bank faster than mobile deposit.

Managing my finances in the palm of my hand has never been easier. My only complaint is with updates, the download hits 99% and hangs for hours, eventually completing the download, usually while I'm asleep. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the app or my phone.

I would love to upgrade this app and that is not reasonable. There are problems that have been ongoing since the changes in the endorsement process. I find it sad that a customer needs to be the one to point it out, it is a very basic fopaux on the app's end. I can't be the only person having the problem, and then again I might be doing more mobile deposits than most.

The shutter noise when taking pictures of checks for mobile deposit is so loud and not adjustable, and overrides the volume settings on the phone so even when the phone is set to silent/no media volume it still screeches every time you deposit a check remotely. also takes forever to deposit and sometimes will log out before the deposit is completed~

App is useless. It keeps texting me a number to validate but there is no place to enter the number. The instructions on the app says to just reply to the text but then I just get a responding text to call for support. It's an endless loop because apparently the makers of the app didnt coordinate security measures with the site.

The app is simple, clear, and makes payment pretty easy on the go. It might be nice if there was a one-button option to pay off all of a credit card by specifying the paying account. So far, so great!

Had to retake photo over and over and over and over. 10 times before you accepted the check. I could have taken the correct photo , except your "automatic" picture taker kept taking bad photos. Whomever thought this was a good idea, is sorely mistaken

Needs a wider selection of bill pay recipients, and times out so quickly. I understand the idea is for security, but in this day and age, the minute you login to something it could be too late. Maybe only time out if the app is closed or idled for more than 15 minutes.

I can do very little on apps in general, but USE makes it so easy to do all my banking online. It is literally enter amount, center front of photo, click. Center back of photo, click, verify and done!

Does not work as stated. I put the check on dark surface but it kept repeating to use dark surface. It said show all 4 corners and I did but it still repeated same message. I had to take the photos manually. Very frustrating

Please consider the long list of permissions this app requires for no apparent reason before installing. Why would a banking app require access to your contacts and phone calls? I am a long time USE CU client but this is way too intrusive. Also, uses old permission system so you can't install without giving full access to whatever it demands. They could resell your private data, use it for marketing etc. Send the check in the old way an defend your privacy and security! Demand the USE CU withdraw this dangerous app and replace it with one that takes our right for privacy and security into account.

Very useful but with one minor glitch... The feature to view the scans of paper checks hasn't worked for me. Other things are great!

I made an electronic check deposit on April 5, and today April 11, I noticed that it didn't go through. I received a message that it was a successful deposit, and I had sufficient funds on my other checking account from which I wrote the check. I don't know what happened since I didn't receive any notifications indicating there was a problem with the transaction. I just made another one, I hope this time it goes through. I'm in a different city and I'm unable to go to any of the branches.

Very easy to use. Can check balance, transfers, on my phone.

Thae check deposit app needs improvement. I also use chase bank app to deposit check, and that is so efficient to read the check entries. Compared to that this is very premitive, takes several picture attempts.

Only problem I had with this app was getting the angle correct when trying to photograph the back of my check for mobile deposit. Very happy with it, otherwise.

Very easy to use. Makes it really easy to deposit checks remotely. Love the option to use biometric sing in.

i am a member of this credit union and honestly this is just a solid app for what i need. genuinely no bad experiences with it, the design isnt amazing but it really doesnt need to be for the quality of its function

Took a lot of tries to get the check read correctly. I saw the pictures and all looked fine on this end. Glad it finely took for deposit.

Use this application very little or change to a bank with a greater niche. This app is annoying. Like so incredibly annoying. Download it and after a week, you'll know what I'm meaning.

Easy to use and very convenient. It does exactly what you need it to. Asking for ratings is annoying though.

Check deposit needs work - only after you've entered the amount and the photos does it give the acceptable date range for the check, with no way to back out if the check doesn't fall within those dates.

I would give it five stars, but since changing phones, they've taken away my ability to log in with my finger print. But, it's a good banking app.

my experience was very bad & useless. Now my phone is all screwed up with the s--- loaded while I was trying to make a simple access & your website required so many hoops & jumps by the time I was done my internet access was all screwed up. hopefully you will go out of business as a result of all the troubles caused by your site. maybe then I can get on the internet. I cant use my phone for internet now till I PAY someone to fix it.

Didn't take photo automatically for check deposit and showed distorted images with manual photo. Had to retake and finally.
