It's a hassle to log into the app sometimes, since the servers can be unstable; but once you're in its pretty easy to use. I haven't had any security concerns so far and its almost instant when you transfer money in or out
Having the ability to deposit a check when I'm hours away really helps. But, I wished I could get a text message on every use of my debit card.... no matter how much.... that would tell me when and where it was used. I don't find that feature right now.
Cannot make transfers. I get an error message every time. But when I call the bank I am not barred from making transfers so... the app needs a bug fix or something cuz this has been a problem for like a month now.
Way better than it used to be but a better message at midnight when accounts refresh would be appreciated. It is confusing and has led me to locking out my account a few times not knowing exactly what is happening with my account late at night.
They have done an exceptionally good job with their online presence especially the app. I never used this app in the past because of how crappy it was. But it has become my go-to and never have to call customer service again.
App works pretty good for the most part, has a few small kinks but USE is updating it all the time. Very handy to check all my acounts from my phone and transfer funds around.
Worst app ever gets worse with every update it's so bad I want to leave my BANK every other day the app will say unable to validate your credentials try again blah blah blah or it will log you out or today it wanted a 2 step verification code that they sent to my wife's phone not mine I'm the one the original started the checking account total garbage don't BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE
I cannot count the times I've been unable to log into my account after 10:00 p.m. - and that's when I'm on my computer the most. It's very frustrating.
The improved updated version is cleaner and much easier to use than i remember! Thanks!
Even though there is a new branch (hi Crystal) in Midwest City, conveniently right down the street. This mobile way to deposit is, SweeeeeeeeeT!
Easy to use. Can set up finger print access which is nice.
Takes way too long to do any transactions and to have updated information on real time
Have trouble transferring from one account to another sometimes. Otherwise love the ability to manage my accounts.
It only works during the day. Anytime after 10:00 p.m.it won't open.

It's ok for the most part. I wish it would show ALL my Credit Card transactions, it only shows when I make a payment. Also needs a due date on the part where it shows min due and its a bit slow to reflect all transactions wich makes it hard to keep up with actual available balances.
