USEND - Send money worldwide

03/29/22 app is working great, no issues. However I am seeing this is the more expensive services of money transfer. Typically .10 to .35 cents lower than others, so your recipient gets less money. Customer service is great, and depending on the hour and day like a Friday it can take a little longer to complete. It is a great service just wish they would be more fair on the current exchange rates that others are offering. Which may leade to try other services.

Even though debit card transfers into the global account are instant, it's now been 2 days and my money still isn't available. What's the use of an instant transfer that isn't ready to use immediately? Also they keep declining me for the card. Aside from that they are not cheaper than other services so I will be deleting this app once I get my money back.

I tried to register many times but the app won't go through... if there is already problems with a simple thing I already can imagine that is not a good app to send money at all.

When the rate is going dowm the app will glitch and you won't be able to send money. You will get an error message about your bank account. When the currency exchange rate has stabilished lower than it was before you were trying to send the money, then you will finally succeed. So you're better off going to xoom, no glitches like that.

Currency conversion is not accurate. It shows one thing at the main page, when you type in the amount in the currency of your choice, but at the end, the amount paid out by you and received by the recipient is short of what was set at the beginning. Not a biggie if you sending money to a family, but it is a big problem if you are paying bills abroad. USEND won't cover any penalties imposed on you because you came up a few bucks short on a payment.

All buggy and not working at all. I can't type the amount I want to send cause the app never opens the keyboard. Hope the app is fixed soon, I'm curious to check if their service works well. 1 star based on the app, not the service.

i use it to hold dollars outside my coutry to avoid inflation and add some security and in this case the app horks perfectly u can use it without worrying too mutch

Horrible since the get go. Was never able to actually use it because of glitches during the sign up process. After 3 phone calls to customer support trying to solve the problem for 3 consecutive days following this app's intallation, I gave up and decided to use another money transfer app. Bye Usend!

This is horrible to try to use, it says to upload open this link which takes u to the app to send money and u can't upload the pic with info u are asking for!!

Easy to use and efficient

Pretty ease to use. I can easily send me money within international bank accounts.

First moments using. No problems until now, very good layout

After updating the app refuses to open even after multiple re-installs, force stops, and hard restarts. When I click the app, the logo appears like its starting, then a second later it closes out to the homescreen with a pop-up notification that only says "Usend keeps stopping" with no further explanation as to why it might be crashing. If you're looking for an easy-to-use, reliable app to make international money transfers with- go with a competitor. tl;dr DO NOT USE USEND! USEND DOESN'T WORK!

It's quick and practical, but it's important for those who transfer large amounts per month, it's necessary to put all your documents right, because I didn't put it, it took 6 days, but normally it's 2 days Useful or same day .

Well, I've always like the app until today which it start showing an error message about activating my account which i already did, but I try to follow your instructions by clicking on the link, but all I see where it direct me to is an invalid link when I already placed a transfer on it, I hope you can really get this fixed just now and I promise to rate it 5 star

the worst application i had used so far, i tryed 3 times to send money and all the times they spends more than 5 days to complete transaction, i tryed every time to make contact with support to solve or at least to know what happens, and everytime they told me differently things. so i don't recommend from anyone, the worst experience i had ever!

Great app easy to use gets money to family fast haven't had any problems so far been using it for almost a year

I just downloaded this app. I notices 2 things: I can't complete the account set up unless I specify a dDestination Country, which I'm not ready to do, yet. The 2nd is that, on the next screen, the USA isn't listed as a "Destination Currency."

Please can i recieve money through my Global account information details? I know though i had no issues creating my account,so ones am clear i will rate the app better

Unable to get past registration screen after update. Was using this app weekly, all of a sudden was logged out and not able to re-register. Tried multiple phones. Help!

Too bad there can't be zero stars. Frustrating and not a 'service'. Service implies they will send your money to your destination which is far from true. If your name doesn't conform to their expectations they will hound you for every single item with your name on it and still keep your money in limbo. Do yourself a favor and use another app!

Downloaded this app and Got an email saying first transfers would be delayed for 5 days! So I called and yup they verified that is policy. I'm shocked! I understand security but 5 days to verify one person is way excessive and my people need to eat!these are emergency transfers! If i had 5 days to twiddle my thumbs I would just mail it! Save myself having to pay your fees Thanks but no thanks

This company has very very very , did say very?, poor customer service. No email explanation, no call back when you leave your number, no return call when finally someone does answer the phone and say the will check into it. After a week of many different reasons of their inability to complete the transaction it gets cancelled.

Worst application ever do not use they ask for all your information even a picture of your debit card and other personal information WORST APPLICATION DO NOT USE You will be disappointed.
