This app functioned well when I took an unpaid test. To see a task, you need to scroll upward. I prefer to have a button where I can click on the task to view or hide it. This would help with quicker navigation through the test. I had no problem logging into the app.

The app design has not much, only 1 page for "available test" + 1 button to log out. - I would like to be able to see the status of the studies I completed (pending, rejected, paid). I have no way to contact you after my test is done, I can't even give a the reference # of the study. - The app also shall have a "help" button to contact customer service. - I sent an email to the customer service, didn't get any answer. - Only 1 test available in 2 weeks: too few. Is it legit app or what?

The browser in the app doesn't correctly load the site to be reviewed. I exited and restarted the task 4 times and finally I had to Google the site and used the Chrome browser to complete the review. However after completing the review, my video has been stuck on 90% uploading the past 2 hours.

I tried to do the initial test and on two occasions it failed after I had spent 20 minutes each session. An error appeared that the video could not be created. I've sent in an email to support but there has been no response for over a week.

It's not at all opening. I am registered for a new project and its not working. I tried in various mobile platforms. Every where. Same response. The app crashes every single time I click start recording.

App doesn't work. Click on tests that are available but nothing happens.

Tried to upload the second video for the improvement test and it simply froze up on upload. Couldn't get out of it. Had to delete the app after wasting 20 minutes doing the test.

Requires 3 GB of space on the ROM in the phone. No matter that I have a huge SD card inserted. The only user testing app with this fatal flaw. Oh, and you'll be lucky to get invited to a test every 3 months if that.

I've done a few tests for these great guys & it's been a lot of fun. It's a great way to earn a few extra bucks (of course, I wish I got them more frequently). They have excellent customer service too. I had a problem with the mobile app, reported it & they got it fixed quickly.

It's just bad. It did not work properly and the app kept crashing down. I had to redownload it several times just to make it work.

I think the app is not safe because it records everything on the screen. And I'm not sure if the screen recordings stop after the questionnaire.

None, I opened An account and did the test. Have not seen any other test since the beginning non paying test. And the fact that it is only one page with no dashboard or progress info seems like this app has been forgotten by the developer.

I have been trying for hours to start the test and it refuses to start. no matter how many times it just gets stuck on the start button/ introduction. really disappointing.

I enjoyed the ease of setting up the account and taking the qualifications test. I really liked the turn around time to be a certified tester.

It is not opening itself.I installed for the first time it keeps on loading and is not opening after hours of loading also.Very much disappointed with the way the app works so kindly release the update by doing the required bug fixes.

App is very good but its one thing i don't like When you're making a voice over about a website its kinda hard because you don't know either what to expect My opinion or suggestions is to preview a website before you make an voice over because that would be easier to describe a website you'll have like a text what you'll say on that video

I've been using Userfeel for over a year and I'm happy with the functionality of the app: It's simple and it's working like a charm. What's more, whenever I made tests I was paid quickly.

I haven't gotten any jobs, and I check everyday. That was the point of having the app. Now they're writing and asking me to rate them 5 stars. No, I'll rate 5 stars when it deserves 5 stars.

Cannot work, app say error recording, whats wrong ? Even i cannot complited the first condition, i was accept all permision on my phone to this app record and all, but still say error recording, i think you app not working

Keeps on saying "Error occurred" when trying to start screen recording on Android 11. Please debug and update as soon as you can.

This app is aint good at all no work was done here juc at beginning where I wanna record audio it juc freezes... if u have any plan to addresses this issue..

The app keep crashing, I have got a task to finish but I can't even start it everytime I start recording the app crash

A total timewaste, gets promoted by youtubers but isn't of any use, study instead of that coz that'll surely fetch you some money, this doesn't give a single penny as they don't have a single task, be careful of such time waster apps.

Did one test. It got completely ignored. No payment, no nothing. Horrible customer service. Although, hmm, how can I say that seeing as though I contacted them FOUR TIMES with no response whatsoever.

Error message: Save directory was not created we are not able to create save directory on your phone. please check if you have all permissions enabled and disabled read only mode on your phone

The video file on the test website does not upload properly. This has been rectified and am impressed by the new results.

After signing in we get a mail that someone tried to log in from Brazil using this app I stay in UAE. Not recommended. Also there is no surveys available ever

it seems like a scam for me, after finishing the second test the site automatically blocked me and yes there is none available test afterwhich. so its a zero rating for me.

Theese reviews tho. Better just take out this app and put it in as new one, bit fixed and working. If the app is requesting to record , nah, im not that lame that i could not record by my self.
