Userlytics
Each user experience and usability test is by invitation only. Our clients are Fortune 500 companies, the agencies that serve them and advanced technology startups that want to make their websites and mobile apps as user friendly as possible.
During the unmoderated session, you will need to follow instructions and answer questions out loud. There is no “right” or “wrong” answer; we are not “testing” you, we are simply observing the user experience and usability of the app, website or prototype as you attempt to follow instructions and answer questions.
We may also ask that you participate in “offline” user experience studies, or combined “online” and “offline” customer experience projects.
You will be helping us make the world more user friendly, and, you will be compensated for your time with whatever incentive was defined in the invitation you received.
Once you download the Userlytics App you will be able to use it multiple times, every time you are invited to a user experience or usability test.
Sometimes you will be asked to conduct user experience tests online or offline, for example in a store or on a website, and sometimes both. The incentive payment you receive will be in proportion with the time and effort required.

Tried setting up the app and right away had issues. Red flag immediately. Then I visit the ratings/comment section and those with concerns or questions are not responded to (?). This shows that both the app and the person who recommended it to me are both full of it. Both, unfortunately, not a surprise.
The app seems to work well while taking tests/surveys but has failed every time in converting and uploading the completed tests which is necessary to get credit and get paid. So far, I'm down about an hour of testing time and payout for two tests and another hour messing with uploading files for them to check. I have a new Android phone running the latest version of the os and plenty of memory and storage. Zero support from company after almost 2 weeks. Update: things are working now, got paid.
I seem to get screened out of most tests that come my way, but they do come frequently, and those I complete I've never had an issue with. Payment is without issue, and the remuneration is fair for what the tasks involve. Good for a few extra quid once in a while. Customer support were excellent when I had an issue uploading.
The trouble with the Userlytics software, is that half the time it doesn't work. You end up spending half an hour talking to yourself and they reject the test because they say there is no audio despite it passing the audio checks before you do the test. There are so many people having problems but they never blame their own software they always blame you. That's whether you use the software on a phone or on a desktop. Very disappointing user experience from a company who measure user experience.
Buggy. Force closed frequently. During a phone test, it didn't ask for audio permissions, so it forced closed. I went through all menu options before it finally asked if it could record audio. Needs a ton of work. Pretty cool when it finally did work, though.
I had an issue submitting a test once, it froze up, but I had an opportunity to take the same test a 2nd time, it worked perfectly. It takes about 5 minutes to upload your content, bit since you're getting paid for it, it is well worth it. Overall I love the app. 4 stars due to that 1 issue
My last 3 tests have failed to upload. I followed all the instructions, spent 25 minutes or so giving feedback, but when I clicked 'submit' nothing happens. It used to work fine, so it's a real shame. Sadly I'm giving up with this app for a more reliable one.
Update: Previous rating was a 1*. The old version ran too slow. Pages loaded slow and caused me to run out of time when testing.This new version runs very smooth. Keep it up!
i downloaded this and got some codes to do some tests. the first step of the test was to log in with account information they give you, it doesnt work. everytime i typed it in it just kept telling me to log in. i wasted 5 minutes on step 1 out of 15 and they only give you 20 minutes total to complete. waste of time, waste of space on my phone.
This is a pretty good app and a simple way to make some side money. You do have to fit the demographics for the tests. but thats like honestly how lots of review like things are. i mean you wouldn't want reviewing a site or app that just doesnt apply to them at all. I recently completed a test, was approved and got paid the amount into my paypal. so its not a scam. its just you have to be of the right demographics for tests available.
It's very friendly usually your face. Make payment Options very easy. very informative. It'll be a nice piece of software when it's done, best of all you don't have to talk to anybody.
One should have experience using the app/userlytics service, but to aquire it, you need to fit the "demographic profile". Apparently a marketing analyst degree from Croatia, having 3 kids and being fluent in Croatian and English just doesn't cut it.
getting error message after giving permission to be app on top screen. tried uninstalling and reinstalling keeps saying "Not found" edit: This issue was corrected in less then 12 hours! app works great.
The app takes a very long time to upload the videos after taking a test. Also, it was a bit confusing how to start a test with a code. It would be more intuitive to log in, press play on your test, then enter a code instead of entering the code on the log in page.
I tried the app, it was working fine but then it started to slow down on Chrome, and then it just completely froze in Chrome. I couldn't even refresh the page
Interesting. Only draw back is that the test's have highly specific requirements. A person maynot qualify for everything. Also, if you you miss a notification then you miss money$
I find the app very easy to use. I am more interested in filling out surveys when I have the app on my phone rather than having to go find my laptop.
For my first time was a bit confusing I can't find more options and the price should show more often.
I would've gave it 3 stars but following directions between email and the app... boots me out automatically. This is why I give it 1 star.... 0 if I could... I don't recommend it at all, it's a complete joke! You'll be better off finding surveys better than this!
Stop sending emails so early in the morning and have more tests available! Userlytics is trash! I've missed every test this year, which were only 2! And stop selling users information since ! Everytime I go to take the test, someone already completed it. How's about you just hire a number of people that you can afford to take these tests and stop wasting other users time!
often the app fails to work, or the websites associated with the task do not display and you lose your time and don't get paid because you have no way to complete the task and no way to report a problem keeping you from completing the task
Super easy to use, easy to start testing, and fast to upload videos. No throttled speeds.
Very user friendly and colorful. Easy to navigate and instructions of use are simple to follow and get started on testing.
Very easy to use, but it has some issues. I did a test and my test was rejected because, supposedly, my phone doesn't allow the screen to be recorded. I think it is the app malfunctioning. I tested the settings before the test started and they were OK. I do tests on the phone with other companies and they have never come up with such an excuse for not looking at themselves. Beyond that, the file takes some long minutes to upload. Fix, because doing a test for money and receiving none is nothing I want to happen again.
