UserZoom Surveys

I'd leave no stars if possible,this app is useless! It crashes in the middle of a survey without a way back, if I get through a whole survey, it crashes before uploading, if I go back to the email link to start the survey over I get the red screen that says I'm already in a survey and would I like to resume, but when I click on "Resume" nothing happens. Then the app is locked up in that state for months. Nothing works to fix it either. It's a terrible app with rote answers from the developers.

Worked fine until very recently, the button to go forward no longer works. Very annoying [Edit]: Still doesn't work. The arrow to complete the study disappears immediately. Sent some emails a while back but it still isn't fixed.

Crashed in the middle of a survey. Says I didn't complete, when I try to resume the survey, I get the same message. I was able to do a different survey by uninstalling and reinstalling, but even though I got the prompt that I completed the survey, when I went to do a third survey, It gave me the message that I did not complete the last survey, would I like to resume. Absolutely ridiculous. So the developer responded with the SAME NONSENSE BLURB that it gives to everyone who experiences problems

Lately I have not been able to do tests via the app. I get an emailed survey link. Complete the screener and qualify for the test on my mobile device. Then it says 'install userzoom' which it is already installed, and I click 'start test' and it asks if I installed userzoom. Then I can't continue. I open uzerzoom app to see if that triggers anything and it just spins and nothing happens. It won't let me take mobile tests.

Keeps crashing and now continues to ask if I want to continue with the survey. When I select 'yes' it then repeats with the same screen over and over.

Won't load a study. When attempting to launch a study from intellizoom I'm directed to user zoom and then nothing. The loading icon keeps spinning and spinning. I've noticed all the replies from the developer to one star reviews are identical. This doesn't fill me with confidence

Get yourselves together. I never used to have a problem with them but now when I land on a survey that is run by user zoom, there's always an error on their end. Tonight instead of the error it actually preceded with the survey and the arrow didn't come through until the very end after I had finished it. So I didn't get compensated for the time I spent doing their poorly put together Xfinity survey. I used to really like when I would find user zoom surveys on occasion, now it's a nightmare.

2nd survey. To go round a store using arrow keys and space bar to buy foods. But was no arrows or space bar to select so could not complete survey. Meaning everything up to that point time wasted on it and therefore not paid reward as couldn't complete from postcode lottery. Had to submit error report. So that's my only experience. First survey was very short just about a Lego website, ran smoothly enough.

It now gives me an error at the end of every survey and freezes up. If I then open the app it says Not Compatible with Android API 32.

On the Pixel 3a and 3a XL with Android 12 the app no longer works and says that the API is no longer supported. On the Huawei P20 it keeps restarting so, sadly, it's unusable on Android devices

Writing yet another review about the same bug I've written about before. It is NOT test specific. It has occurred over three separate tests. It has nothing to do with the actual test and everything to do with the app. Again, every time a test requires you to navigate to a site and opens it, you see the little arrow with instructions for a moment and then it disappears. No way to proceed with survey after that.

I received an invitation link, did the interview/survey, and tried to upload the results. As instructed, I did not close the app or run it in the background. After an hour, it made it to 69%, with it asking me to retry multiple times. After almost 2 hours, it never made it past 81% uploaded. Then it lost my results completely. I checked my internet connection, and i made sure everything was up to date. I think the app is broken. Since my results didn't get through, I didn't get paid for my time. What a waste.

Trying to open a survey through the app but getting the following error message: No support for Android API level 32 currently. that's a bummer. Running Android 12L public beta

Horrible to use and extremely frustrating. The survey took ages to complete. Then spent over an hour trying to upload the results. The upload would fail repeatedly and have to be resumed, inching up through the upload progress, finally completely failing at 99% upload after more than an hour. During that whole time couldn't minimise the screen or do anything else. Total waste of time

Doesn't work. Already submitted support request, and they say they're "working on it." It's been months, and it still isn't fixed. EDIT: Per developer's response, this is incorrect. Support had indicated that there are app issues, not test issues. UserZoom icon disappears during test. Support said it was an app issue and is being investigated, without any update on the issue or for the app.

Catastrophic app. Immer wieder Probleme immer fragen updates but there is no update

Can take a month or more to get your first payment and payments can take more than that on an ongoing basis. Just probably depends on how quickly each company's staff can review surveys. Surprised actually how many of my surveys were accepted and paid. Surveys are a mix of familiar and new, some seem very easy and some quite involved. Helps to try to think like the programmers and imagine their concerns about layout, colors, fonts, organization, sequencing, intuitive interfaces, etc.

Hi again, just wanted to report that the app works great. The problem I had was with the link provided by the survey provider, not the app. If you access the survey directly from the app it works fine. Great app.

The instruction tab disappears after pressing it when the test begins. It never comes back so I can't see any tasks. Used to work fine, but cannot get it to work anymore

When attempting to take a test. Its saying my microphone isnt detected. I have tried two headsets and taken them both out and attempted to use my phone with no luck. I restarted my phone and did the same thing and it still cant detect my micorphone. Checked with google assist and that worked perfectly so the app definitely has a glitch there. Can this be fixed as I'm missing out on tests on my phone or make all of the tests via laptops and desktops until this is fixed please?

Since then last update the app no longer works. The instruction tab disappears after the test starts and never returns. I've been using this app to do surveys with Intellizoom for over a year without issue, but now it's useless. Very sad. Update aug 7, still not fixed

Half way through survey was loading forever, then screen went white. Back button doesn't work, and had to close app. Got back into app and said continue from where I left oft. But where I left off was white screen and white screen is what came up again

Since the last update, the app now crashes whenever you try to open it. Edit: I did that. I reached out and no response. Nothing to say. It crashes when you open it every time. Guess I'll just delete it. Mobile tests are now impossible.

Been using this app for a very long time, however with the recent update it no longer works, when you start the study the arrow that you use to review instructions, and move on to the next task completely disappears. Will update to 5 starts when the issue is fixed

I have finished tasks on this, but I don't think any have ever successfully uploaded, so it's been a waste of time doing the tasks. Even on very high-speed internet the app freezes when uploading.

I received the link and downloaded the app from the website. The app read "Start Study" and when I clicked on it, Chrome opened up and loaded for a few seconds and then exited out. Then it kicked back to the message "to participate in a UserZoom study you need to receive an invitation link". I un-installed and installed several times. I even copied the link to the URL, which just said "start study" and again, kicked back with needing an invite.

When I open the app, it always tells me I have an unfinished study. It asks me if I want to complete it. I say yes, then the screen goes white and has a "thinking" type of icon... and it freezes right there. Every time. Too bad; I'd really like to use it.

When I open the app, it asks if I want to resume a study I didn't complete. When I agree to resume, it takes me to a screen with a circle that keeps spinning. Doesn't work.
