This app is much slower than the old version. I have payments I know were made over a week ago and they do not show in my account. This is very worrisome. Checks take longer to clear and I do not receive an email notification when they do. Automatic payments also show a week+ late. The old app was great, if dated. I would rather that than something 2.0 but ultimately fails to be functional. Fingerprint login took a while to be updated too and there are still bugs whether or not it will show up

It barely works. Edit: the app is still awful, I hate the fact my available balance is so small and is not as visible as the other balance. This makes it easiest for a person to overdraft their account if they're not careful. The old app it was the other way around. More convenient and efficient that way. This app is not user friendly at all, it takes forever to log in and load the accounts. Frustrating.

This app is meant to be an upgrade of the other bank app for this credit union. Unfortunately, there are a lot of bugs that still need to be worked out. It's difficult to take advantage of the new feature because some new flashy parts simply do not work. Scrolling between account pages, some of the help and contact pages, even the first time I tried to sign in, glitches and issues galore. Additionally, the sign in process from the old app to this one was so complicated it took me two or three days of actively working on it to make it coalesce. A family member of mine ended up calling the bank itself for help navigating that process.

The old interface used to be incredibly user friendly. The new update is not. I waited a while to write a review on it so I could try to get used to it. There are some things that are nicer about the update, but they changed too many things that are worse. An issue I ran into recently was that my checking account number isn't shown in full for me to use it when I set up a new direct deposit and it won't let me click on it or see it in full. I love USFFCU and I have never had any problems before.

The new app is not very good. Before you would be able to make credit card payments online, now you have to add an external account to your profile in order to pay from another account. Or make a deposit at the bank. Not to mention the mobile check deposit feature now takes forever. Be careful of that because if you make an emergency deposit all you'll be left with is a fee and unpaid transactions, even if the deposit is small. The banks are so far and few between, I need mobile banking to fill the gap, but it has been failing me in many ways. I will have to change some things. Again.

Old app was fine, this one is trash. No matter what screen back button logs you out. Can't swipe left to right cause even a single pixel downwards and it wants to refresh the page, how often are you really gonna refresh your bank account, money isn't going to magically appear. Very disappointing Edit: thought time might help me adapt, nope, app is still trash

Change is good, but you have dropped a key integration to password managers. Also you have disabled paste functionality on the Username and Password fields. There is no way I can type in my password (it's long and random, the secure. Please fix this. I was also told that I would be able to see multiple accounts in this version. I don't see that capability. Is it coming?

Logged in to pay my credit card. Couldnt find where to pay it, had to call support. Support tells me where to find pay now option/button.. I don't have it on my screen!!! Support tells me they can see it on their end, that's great but it's not visible/accessible to me..Had I seen this option/button in the middle of the screen I wouldnt need to be calling you(support). This new App is horrible. Support also tells me there is a function button to switch from mobile view to website view - I don't have this function/option on my screen either.. I wonder how many other functions/options are missing from my app.

Not sure what everybody else is upset about? Seems pretty straightforward to me and and fairly intuitive. I like the option to set and use a pin for security. Was able to remote deposit a check quickly and thats the main thing I use it for.

So this app was great for a long time, but then that recent update of the new pay system and whatever other security changes got push has cause my account to get signed out every single time I click on the app. The point of biometric and pin entry is to avoid putting in a password every time, this is honestly ridiculous.

The only thing I have an issue with is that it doesn't auto log you out like the old app. No matter how much time passes, if you dont manually logout, you can just open the app and your account comes right up. Doesn't seem very safe Update: They fixed it 🙂

Newest update causes frequent crashes when trying to open the app. App does not automatically log you out. Also the app does not reopen correctly when it is loaded in the background. It must be force closed and reopened to work correctly. Pressing the back button immediately logs the user out.

Horrible....the best feature was the mobile deposit which never works now.....and somehow the app keeps getting worse instead of better. Edit....this app gets worse and worse. Freezes, crashes and asking security questions ...always when I need to transfer money. Please fix! I have been with USFFCU for 25 years and this is the first time I've thought about going to another bank. You've overloaded the app with too many useless features I feel like. Mobile deposits and transfers are we need!

Worst platform to date along with website changes. Sometimes information rich platforms do NOT help those who use these tools for quick transactions. Take a page from CapOne or something like that. I didn't major in economics and don't need this detail and have to make to many moves to get done what I need.

The app and website changes have made everything 10x harder for the consumer. why would you change something that worked perfectly fine. Not only that they never sent a notice or anything. I log in one day to say that the app has been replaced. whoever redesigned these changes should be fired. why reinvent the wheel?

Great new features, very buggy on Android. I have to close and reopen whenever I need to use it as there is no option to log back in. It works great on iOS. Update, I am no longer experiencing issues. Apps great!

Great app! It is accurate and allows me to check my balance which is always up to date. However, it just seemed to have crashed and can't get to log in. It doesn't give me a choice to log in. I have restarted my device 5 times and even updated the app. 😔

I've been with the credit union for over a decade. This is the best version of their app yet. Helpful in managing daily finances, as well as more complex options like personal/car/home loans.

I agree with everybody who is wondering why there was need for a new app. All I have ever used the app for has been mobile deposits, which used to work just fine. Now I have tried a mobile deposit every day since the new app came out and am told there is a "server error" and the deposit won't go through. I hope they didn't let too many tellers go, because they will be needed if this app continues to be this worthless.

Simple and easy to use. I can quickly check my account and pay bills. It's a bit behind the times compared to other banks mobile apps as there are certain things you need to log on from a PC to do. Overall, it works for what I need.

The app looks good but the mobile deposit is not working. The photo capture is improved but the deposit isn't going through to the server. The mobile deposit is one of the main features needed for managing the account.

I can't even sign into my account because this app does not allow using a password manager to log in. Cannot even paste! My password is randomly generated and it's a string that's over 20 characters long, I cannot and will not manually type that all in!

I don't know why people have such a bad opinion of the app. I've used it for everything, paying my car loan, paying my credit card, mobile deposits, I use my biometrics to access and it's always worked great for me!!!
