a few key things missing. overall, it's a good platform. What prevents a 5th star; first, the insane amount they charge on both ends. They're essentially taking a 30% cut! other easy fixes; I have to manually delete my bids to remove them from quotes when they're outbid. I also wish there was a way of hiding requests I'm uninterested in. And many people are getting away with giving out personal info and taking business away. Last; the points on the map are extremely inaccurate.

App does not allow or show everything I can look at online. The app has many glitches. Made many attempts but just lost money or no money to be made. Good for side loads. People want you to haul and white glove for free. But there is opportunity to travel and see many places. The wear and tear on vehicles is horrible. Motor and transmission had to be replaced.

The app KEEPS freezing! Since I've downloaded this app, it constantly freezes when I'm typing in the text boxes. The app will literally stop working EVERY SINGLE TIME. Please fix as this is a HUGE issue! Communication between shippers and carriers is absolutely necessary, and it's difficult when you cannot contact each other outside of the app!

Been using this app for years and now I have not been able to sign-in to my account in months! Tried everything including uninstall and reinstall many times. Looking at the reviews it's clear I'm not the only one having this problem! When is uShip going to get their act together and fix this?!

Great app, you have to be on top of it. However, recently when I use the app on my android and iPhone, and click the map to check listing coordinates the app glitches and crashes causing to rest and loose the listing one was looking at. Whenever there is an update the app will continually ask to update but reset and goes back to the same prompt. Please Uship fix all bugs for Android app, thank you!

What a great option to have for those of us shipping large items, as well as for those doing the over the road. It's got to be a hand up for those who own their own trucks. It's a pretty simple and easy way to figure out what route to take with what would be the best way to do. I didn't feel pressured at all when I put an ad out for auction.

Negative 5 stars. This app has been consistently the worst app. Constantly crashes. Both on android and OS. When you can actually get it to work. For the amount of money I pay you every month $2k. I expect a hell of a lot more. Thank you for the 3 sizes too small work gloves and the pleather binder bonus after I pay you 20k in fees. Next time save the $5 and put it towards making the app work. Absolute trash!!!. Garbage!!!. As a platinum level power carrier. I expect more!!!

In the beginning the app worked great, but now I can't even go past the log in part of it, I've uninstalled and installed several times and still won't work! Even after the app updates still can't log in!

The website is far better with more information available as far as routes to an from. As well as other shipments from the same shippers.

Trash app. Like everyone else. It freezes boots you off etc. Uship calculator is way TF off. You are telling shippers that their estimate cost a certain price. Yeah back in 2009 maybe. But with today's inflation you guys need to fix that.

The app is fine and a great idea but, some of the people using it are really stupid. Be careful and make sure the haulers have the right equipment and experience. We had people trying to convince us they could put calves (3-300lb midsized cow yearlings) into SUVs vsns and minivans then haul them 1200 miles across the US.

Latest version of the app is completely unusable. This company skimps on quality programming and software like you wouldn't believe. Currently I cannot respond to my customers through their mobile app which is inexcusable and defeats the entire purpose of their business. Their support has always been abysmal too. They take 15% of all my jobs and yet they can't provide decent tech support?

The app used to be really smooth. It needed a few minor improvements, but it was reliable. Since the update however, I can't spend 15 minutes at a time on the app because it freezes constantly. I also can no longer type additional messages to customers in the bid section. I'll click in the box at the bottom and it will pull my keyboard up for about 1 second, then close the keyboard. I know you developers are working hard on this and I appreciate your work. This is just frustrating as a shipper.

The Uship app is clunky, and worse, buggy. You try to navigate to a specific listing, and you get taken to a completely different listing. This happens over and over. It's a pathetic product considering it's been out for years and it's from a company worth hundreds of millions. It has at least improved since first being released, but I expect a smooth running experience after this much time. I find myself going back to the website for most things. The app is good for notifications.

This app is not user friendly. Its frustrating and terribly stressful. It locks up too much. Its 100% more difficult to navigate than the previous version. The notifications buttons dont notify so jobs get lost. Why did they change it if the 1st one wasnt bad. In fact the ONLY thing that needed added to the old app was easier access to payments.

They changed the app about a month ago and it is absolutely terrible, at least for Android users. There is a glitch in the system that makes it keep displaying an error message especially when trying to do a search. Now when it displays the search results, the mileage won't show unless you go to the actual listing. Something else they changed is now to read questions pertaining to the listing, you have to "click" on every question individually. I removed it from my phone and go on the website.

Complete trash. Constantly crashes and logs you out. Have to keep changing the password to log in. As much money they make off the carriers and shippers you would think they would put the time into making a good quality functional app. It's been a year since the new app was introduced and it hasn't improved at all. They had 2 month span where it worked great. Now its horrible again. Super disappointed in this thing.

(Edit: 05/10/21 subsequent updates so far have made the app usable again. It isn't perfect but it's leaps and bounds better now.) The app was fine prior to the last update. Since then it has become completely unusable. 10/27/2020 update. App is still garbage. Only loads properly roughly 10-15 percent of the time...only after freezing and having to force close app multiple times. Uship, fix this pile.

I've used uShip a few times and have had a positive experience overall. However the way that uShip handles messages is quite confusing. There are questions about an item, messaging to the shipper, and also you get the seller's contact information once the item has been booked. If they ever streamline the messaging functionality I'll give it more stars. Also uShip charges the shipper 15 to 20 percent of the total, and also adds a fee to the user on top of the agreed upon total.

This app is fine for the most part, yes it sometimes makes you look in, in the middle of searching loads, BUT, it reloads fast and doesn't happen that often maybe twice a day. Just did this update, so will update review in a few days. 12-11-21

Crashed again... Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times will not let you log in.. no big deal right?? only have 20 plus active bids and now they raised the rate while reducing customer service hours and can't even get a hold of anyone.. great job! These things didn't happen with the OLD app and you need to put the ability to flag in the app since the old one didn't have it after all the change one of the most important ones needed goes without saying..

The new app is horrible and extremely hard to navigate! I've utilized this service for years and it was simple and easy. now it locks up and is not user friendly. This is going to make business difficult! please allow users to opt to have old version back. constant freezing and has completely locked up with a blue blinking light. have to uninstall and reinstall AGAIN! Money lost for US means money lost for USHIP! About to delete the app and find other site to utilize unless something is done.

Like other users I've complained about the app. It always crashes or doesn't work. They ask what the issues are and i send screenshots of the blue bubble spinning endlessly and the system error message. Then i never hear back. At first they told me my version android phone was older and not compatible with there new apps technology. I purchased the latest edition Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and it still doesn't work. Its ridiculous they charge outrageous fees for doing nothing.

Full of bugs and almost unusable. App no longer sends notifications as it logs the user out when closed. Repeatedly crashes. Can't paste into text boxes any more. No longer distinguishes between read and unread listings. Very slow to open listings. Major security breach for users as this gives their full address out for collection and delivery. This especially needs fixing before people start having goods or pets stolen!
