By downloading this app, you will initially be prompted to supply an access code to unlock information to your company’s Employee Benefits package. This code will give you access to the following:
- Access employer sponsored benefits plans via your smart phone and internet access
- Review your plans, your plan year, group ID numbers, and classes, along with benefits plan summaries and other helpful information
- Contact your insurance carriers with a push of a button
- Store digital photos of your insurance cards to ease hassle of keeping track of personal member ID cards
- Push message notification may be available

Very convenient app. Helps me keep everything in one place, like my ID cards and contacts, etc. Helps me pull up my benefits when I don't have access to my employer portal.
There is an error message on load. Doesn't work on Samsung s8 phone
For anyone who reads this, read USI's privacy policy! This app is a glorified PDF reader. If I want to wade through long plan documents I can visit my employers HR system. Additionally my employers HR system isn't collecting personal information from my device for marketing purposes. PS. Pretty Yellow Dog hope you made a fortune on this contract. Love your clients page.
I put the access code and getting the message the code entered was incorrect.
Thus puts it all in one place. Very convenient.

Its sucks
Works fine ince you have acess. If you get a new cell ohone and down load again, forget about using the acess code its a "use inly once" when you first install! After that, entering it again on new phone stayes "invalid code"!! Useless for my health benifits now.
