Using this app with Stärkè digital door lock Singapore. First of all, this app is not done by Stärkè. Confirmation email is in Chinese. The server might be hosted in China. If you are fine with this, read on. App is unable to send passcode for visitors. Push notifications doesnt work reliably and the App consumes 40% battery even on standby for the entire day. Samsung Note 10+ Singapore users please avoid getting Stärkè digital door lock until they get a decent mobile app.
No matter how I tried, I never could link the app to my Google home. Successfully did with Lifx, CESmart and Wemo, but uSmartHome never worked. My related device is pointless.
When I try to link the app in Google Home it says user doesn't exist. There is some problem with kiwik's authentication server...
The app is not working for three weeks now. My Alfawise IR receiver is not useful at all.
Doesn't work app opens shows some chinise word then crashes.. waste of money I'm sending back to Amazon and going to file a complaint
Doesn't work at all. I can't use Alfawise smart door sensor device because of this rubbish app.

This software it ok. Usually.
No matter what I do, can't get this thing to connect. The lights just flash on the device till it goes off, and the app tells me that it failed to connect. Waste of time and money. And when trying to add remote, the app keeps crashing.
Smart swith not connected
This app and the hardware really works! Easy to set up and can compete against Wemo and Harmony.
Google home connection is not working. Also the temperature is showing up only once in a wile.. Needs a big update! Also sometimes it's draining my battery in background. 30% of battery in just a few hours. Not good at all..
