I couldn't tell how the total pieces of mail was totalled at the end. It didn't seem corollated with the photos I took. Im very glad the photo function was there...if I made a mistake, someone from usps can double check what I've entered. Thank you for so thoughtfully constructing this!
Lots better. I talked to the developer and he fixed it. No more crashes for me. If you do have crashes just reboot and open app. More stars if I get my 100 stamps. Logcat is always useful for a developer if you have issues.
Positive: I was able to use it to successfully complete the survey. Negative: It crashed a lot. Twice I couldn't fill out the form correctly due to an app issue.
App doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling for three days in a row to know avail. When I called their help line, they told me their computer system is down. What?!? How can the post office do a survey with this awful app? Waste of their money and waste of my time.
Took more time than I expected. Questions like was it read, or looked at seemed silly when I had to open everything to see if it had a return envelope. Also the first and last question seemed to be identical.
Confusing with no directions given about what you are supposed to take a picture of exactly. One of the days totalled incorrectly so it is inaccurate and you can't go back to edit.
Pretty easy to use, did crash on me once. Only big issue is that there's no way to go back and edit submitted mail pieces.
I filled out every single day, it took forever, especially the totals. then when it asked me to choose stamps or a check, it wouldn't acknowledge my choice, or that is completed the survey
App would crash and force phone restart in order to launch every day. Otherwise pretty intuitive and user friendly.
Very simple to do, the app sometimes had problems opening. Most times it took 3 tries to open.
I did the survey as well and it didnt want to take pictures. It keep crashing. I hope this was actully from the US post office. Does anyone else know if this was legit or a scam? plus never got Compensated for doing this survey 🤔 Something doesnt seem right
It kept crashing when i tried to open the app. Sometimes would do 10+ times before it would finally open.
as others say... tells me PIN is invalad, won't take photos, keeps crashing. also, since agreeing to do this survey, I now recieve 27 calls a day about my Social Security number is frozen. I am starting to realize this is all just a scam. shame on us. I have called and emailed the NuStats and ZERO reply all week!
It was kind of a fun thing to do. It was easy and enjoyable. Plus, I am getting paid for doing it. I'm always looking for a way to make a little extra money. Thank you for the opportunity!
One suggestion for improvement is to have an option to review past entry details. Otherwise, it was easy to use.
It was a little difficult to complete the survey, as I had to revisit each day to confirm totals after completing.
This app is useless. You cannot truly answer or input the correct information because it doesn't allow for it.
This app keeps crashing no matter what you try to do. Honestly, it's awful.

Mail survey was easy to use and I was happy to help usps with this.
they want me to do a survey, tell me ill be paid to do it. tell me to do it in the app. app doesnt work. trash. (pixel 3 xl)

Wont let me complete the survey even though I did it all. Doubt I'll ever receive anything for taking the time to do it

The app continually crashed? It was annoying to have to scroll through all the examples. I would prefer it if I could look at then only if I needed a reminder. The Yes and No more mail buttons overlapped each other. I was not able to go back and edit a mail item after I had completed it,, when I realized I had made an incorrect choice.
