This app is as simple as you can get. It's almost as if they really don't want to provide it. Very basic. Extrapolated. It just seems now that we live in 2021, why have an app that was developed in 1999. C'mon USSFCU, you can provide your valuable customers a better experience. How about more detail on the landing page. Credit scores if you have a credit card. How about interest rates link. Call the accounts what they are as opposed to calling everything a loan. We get that it's a loan.

Great for checking account balances and such. The mobile deposit function has begun to change the total amount after one hits "Submit" (e.g., I deposited 3 checks one time; 2 went through fine but the third one came out as $4,445.97 when I had input $99.97 manually before submitting.). Usually, the bank or some backend function corrects this automatically but sometimes a deposit is simply rejected because of these errors.

It's okay. It does most of what it should, but it's clumsily built. For example: * You can't change alert options * You can't get alerts as notifications, only by SMS to a US number (no good when abroad). * I declined SMS alerts during setup, and now can't enable them anywhere, even after un- and reinstalling * The UI goes against general app norms (e.g. "back" should go "up", not literally back) - sometimes disorienting. It just feels like the app was made without love - or user testing.

The app works well and has a simple HUD to navigate around. But, recently I have not been able to deposit my checks into my account. The picture quality comes out distorted and is unable to process. Very urgent issue that needs to be fixed.

The app would show funds available or a different amount of what is actually in the account. I guess there is some type of delay. I would check my acct prior to making certain purchases and later notice the balance wasn't adding up...caused a couple of issues. uninstalling and sticking with the website.

Mobile deposit doesn't work. I follow the instructions, but I always get an error that it's not endorsed properly. Without a functioning mobile deposit, the app is nearly worthless.

the app is pretty good, but now it forget my login credentials, including fingerprint even the remember me b9x is checked. Samsung S8 user.

doesn't show account number or partial account number. transactions are very slow. needs alot of work.

Easy to use

The online deposit must have been designed by a millennial, it will not recognize cursive [only block type].

This app used to work ok, but suddenly stopped working and now shows repeated error messages. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same thing happened.

I use to love the app, especially for direct deposits. Now since the app has been updated, whenever I take a photo of a check the app logs me out. I uninstalled the app and re-installed it and it still logs me out.

The app has improved dramatically recently.

The mobile app is okay. But I just conducted UAT on the main website and it miserably failed. Needs fixing.

The open screen tells me i am offline, even though I just downloaded the app 10 secs ago....

Latest update BROKE this app! Trying to deposit a check. I took a photo of the front of the check, then took a photo of the back. Now the front picture is GONE! I re-took a photo of the front, now the REAR image is GONE! If I try to deposit with only one of the two pictures (only front or only back showing), it says "error". This app was working fine before you "improved" it.

The App works OK when you get it to open.

Can't login and there's no help button such as 'forgot password/login'. Stuck on the page.

Transaction history very limited for LOC payments.

Confirmation buttons are inconsistent tho. Login on right, deposit check use this photo on left. Minor issue

Can schedule bill pay, but not review already scheduled payments. So I have to log on using my computer to make sure I'm not double paying...

...but how do I get the old one off my phone?
