Help is difficult to find. Editing pin number haven't found how to do this. Always a problem at Walmart with cards, never had so much trouble with wells Fargo cards! ?????????
For whatever reason on your sister app every time I went to go on it mostly at night time it wouldn't let me I got frustrated and delete it. This one so far so good.
It has been great for useing on how much you spend. It helps to know where money gos and were can be better spent. It is great for helping me create a buget by knowing were my is spent.
I've been with a lot of banks, but this outdoes all of them! I use the app daily, I get fast service, and they even protected me against a fraudulent transaction. Five thumbs up!
I love the versatility of this app. I can easily do my banking long distance without having to rely on mail service.
They fixed it so you can write a memo! I love that I can specify what my deposit is for! Great app I use it all of the time!!
Love the App!!! Mobile banking has been easy since the beginning of the app. It just keeps getting better with new featurea & such.
Was good until it asked working. Everyone I try and sign in it's said userpass lockout. Employees aren't any help either about the issue
Needs options to see current cd options and loan options. Needs extra security. Better customer service.
amazing. The staff in the credit union are awesome and help work out minor issues with everything. I'm treated with respect everytime that I go in and and helped throughly.

Annoying. I turn on quick balance and biometric scan but Everytime I open the app it tells me I have to sign in to turn those features on. Other than that it's fine but that is just really annoying
