To login you have to provide birthday and customer ID, which wouldn't be bad if you could type out the date. Instead you have the joy of going back month by month from today's date. So if you're say, 31, you get to tap the back button some 372 times, At Least. Apparently you can select the year by taking the year displayed at the very top. Which is the least likely thing to press since the other selections are at the bottom, separated by noon selectable displays of the date. UI is bad.

I read the other reviews and thought using this app would be a horrible experience, but I don't think they knew how to use the app. It's pretty straight forward, I was able to add my birthday very quickly by changing the calendar to the year I was born (instead of going back by month). After downloading my license I turned off my data and wifi to see if I was able to pull up my license and it worked.

This app does NOT function. Having installed it years ago, I can say that it is "down" more than it works. It used to be that my downloaded licences would just disappear and I would need to download them every time I wanted them. It is easier to just save a pdf file to my phone or take a pic of the paper license. Currently, and for several weeks, I get an error saying I have no internet connection. That error message itself is an error. This app is poorly designed and poorly maintained.

Doesn't work properly. Isn't the only point of this app to have a digital license? I tried this app last season and it didn't work. This year, it still doesn't work. Just spins and spins when loading or buying. I gave up after 120 seconds. I can find better photos for fish identification on Google too. Gave you another shot a year later and it's still abysmal. Uninstalling again. Maybe I'll give it a shot in another year...

I pretty much just got this app so I could have a digital copy of my fishing license on me at all times and for the last 2 years I have never been able to actually download any of my licenses so it's basically pointless

Can't download licenses. Used to work, but now it just says something went wrong when I try and download my licenses. Tried deleting and reinstalling, but it seems to put some kind of file on my phone because it still pulled up my birthday and customer#. I'm guessing there's an error in one of those files.

Worked great to download licenses a few years back however now its completely useless as I get errors when trying to download. It was really an awesome app when it works and its super helpful but if its not going to download licenses now then it has became completely useless...Please fix it!!!

Its a good app other than entering in a date is ridiculous. A drop down menu or at least a way to type it in instead of having to manually go through the calendar month by month is really needed. It took almost 10 minutes to go through the calendar to enter my birthdate.

Excellent app when you get logged on -- but that's the key part and and it is such a brain-damaged process most users just give up. Requires endless scrolling through a calendar to fine birthdate EVERY TIME. Apparenty there is some secret process to shortcut this, but it is very hard to discover and the app certainly isn't going to tell you. Typical government customer service. :(

Great. I had no issues like others report with entering my birth date. I simply tapped on the year... and it allowed me to change the year. No scrolling massive amounts of months on my end. Nice to have a backup license... just in case. Other information like species identification is pretty sweet too! Thanks!

It will not download my license. I've requested assistance on numerous occasions through the provided help email and get no response. This has gone on for over a year. I've deleted and downloaded the app several times hoping for an update.

This app is not user friendly. Wont allow you to stay logged in. Not meant tor androids users. Downloads will randomly be deleted. Many more issues. Much easier to keep a paper copy. Can't buy a license here, just get sent to website with doesn't have a mobile view.

Need dev to add an easier way for user to enter in date of birth. This was the worst one I've ever encountered. Also, need to add a "log out" option for users. Would suggest adding a short description of what the "combo" fishing license includes. I only downloaded so I have my licenses on my phone.

Difficult to use on a Cell Phone. Hard to navigate and didn't follow sequential logical steps with easy to understand example responses, such as date of birth format (example didn't match input & created an error and rejection of the form [rejected slashes when that is what the example showed], etc.).

Its been so long since this app has been updated that it must be running into issues with newer phones. When signing in to download licenses it gets caught in a loading loop that has no end. App is useless at this point.

Is there a rating for less than 1 star? So, your birthdate is a required field. Easy, right? Just type in your birthday. Nooooooooo, you MUST use arrows in a calendar to scroll, month by month till you find your year and month, then select the day. Do you know how many times this 66 year old has to hit that scroll arrow? Do the math... 66 x 12 = 792 times. Then, if I want to add my wife's license, well she's also 66. Literally, the stupidest app I have EVER used. And, and, you can't copy/paste!

App is no longer functional. Do not download. Gives an error that it is not connected to the internet regardless of WiFi or full 5G service. Even after deleting and re-downloading it.

Terrible app. Doesn't open when you need it to. Fails to store license. Fails to store saved hip number or walk in access number, and randomly deletes previously saved licenses. This app needs so.e serious upgrade and maintenance.

To all those having trouble signing in. What I've found that helps is uninstalling the app and re-downloading it. They should definitely have the problem fixed but this is a little trick that helps in the meantime.

Does what it supposed :) . For those that complain about the date/year tracker. You simply are not using it right. Tap the date in the upper left, then it brings up a year wheel!

Horrible date setting. You literally have to scroll, month by month, from today's date, to your birthday. So if you were born 30 years ago, get ready to press the back button 360 times. But it's a government app so don't hold your breath waiting for the fix

Right off the bat this app is pretty difficult to use. To download your hunting or fishing license you have to input your date of birth. It would be nice if you could switch the year easily and not have to go back through every single month you've been alive. Luckily I'm only 34. Anyone over 50 is going to have a hell of a time clicking back to their birthday. Maybe fix that

This app is junk. It will not allow your to load licenses...only purchase licences. It worked great for years, but has had troubles the last 6 months and will not remember or load licences for the family even after uninstalling and reinstalling.
