Possibly the worst app I have ever encountered. Definitely the most frustrating. It literally takes like 10 tries to log in to successfully see tickets. At the entrance to games it never opens so lines get long and the Jazz staff look like fools who can't get people in the door. The app is incapable of remembering so we have to log in every visit regardless. Have not been able to sell tickets for half the year. It's just a vomit of an app.

Works and then doesn't at all. Seems to have the most issues at critical times like showing digital tickets. I've been able to buy early entry tickets or get some from a prefferred card and now nothing. Step it up and make this app better.

I am a die-hard Jazz Fan (season ticket holder) but this app is drives me crazy. I have to login to Ticketmaster AT LEAST TWICE every time I use the app and go to "My Tickets". It's so annoying. Everything takes forever to load and sometimes the app just crashes.

When you transfer tickets in the app it still shows in my app and the transfered person's app which makes it a little confusing. Other than that the app is cool. You can order food from any of the food vendors from your seat & then either pick it up or have it delivered.

No longer able to transfer tickets via SMS to anyone. The app processes the transfer requests, but never calls up the SMS app to send the link. There's also no way to copy a link manually. I have to transfer tickets to myself via email and then manually copy the link from the email into a text message. tried 3 different android phones.

As a Jazz season ticket holder, it is exceptionally frustrating to not be able to post tickets for sale when we can't go. The app on Android just freezes. Seems there is no alternative way to post tickets for sale, even on the website. Worthless.

Rarely works, doesnt let me sign in. Says no connection, so have to obtain tickets from browser. Needed to order food etc. Pretty pointless and totally inconvenient. Worked 1 out of 5 games so far this season. Update: not worked at all since review posted. Contacted support. No response.

I do not like this app. It freezes multiple times . While trying to resell my tickets, it's a pain because it will not process or go through. A lot of times needs a lot of fixing

I'm having a heck of a time accessing my jazz game tickets. One day, I can get to them and the next day the app glitches. Making me nervous for game night that I won't be able to access the tickets. I miss the day when you had a paper ticket in your hand. The app is junk.

The new changes seem functional and decent. My only complaint is the fact that notifications aren't expandable anymore. This makes it so much harder to actually find what I'm looking for inside the app once you select it from the notification dropdown. This problem has completely cut off my interest in looking at the app when I get updates.

update: upgrading from 1 star to 4 stars. Someone from the company replied promptly to my email asking for help, and helped me to figure out how to get the app to work properly. It was a setting on my phone that caused the app to stop playing audio after my phone went to sleep. I had to designate the app as one that the phone doesn't optimize for battery use. Still don't know why this is necessary, since other audio apps I use don't have this issue/requirement. But at least it plays uninterrupted now!

2 things: the radio option only works 10% of the time so I end up having to restart the app a dozen times until it will believe that I'm in the salt lake area. 2nd, the boxscore puts new plays at the bottom of the list, and doesn't autoscroll. This forces you to constantly swipe and refresh to see new plays if you're following on the app.

I'd love it if someone from the Jazz could fix my account so I could actually login!

This app constantly breaks down. Have been able to sell my tickets. Cost me $3,000. Last year I buy season tickets from jazz if have to use this app.

Unable to create Jazz Account. The option not available anywhere. "Forgot Password" form freezes and crashes app.

Everytime I try to log into my Ticketmaster account from the Jazz app it tells me that my connection appears to be offline. Doesn't matter if I'm on Wi-Fi or on a cellular network it gives me the same error. I can sign into my Ticketmaster account directly and see the tickets but not from the jazz app seems to be a bug that has been happening for months now

I dunno if this is the NBAs fault or the Jazz, but it is ridiculous to require that i download and use your app just to get tickets to the occasional game that I attend. You're right that it isn't much effort to uninstall after going to the game, but I'll avoid going more often for these hoops you make me jump through. Jazz games are a product... make it easy for me to buy!

For the most part, the app works great. The only frustration I have with it is the short time allowed on the app before automatic log out/session expired.

The app has nice features... when it works. I have the android version on my Samsung Galaxy, it consistently crashes and tells me I'm "offline", unable to access the acct. I agree it should be more user friendly, finding tickets should be priority over revenue generating options like Team Store. It needs to be an app for the Fans, not another way to monetize us.

I have to login to ticketmaster and have it fail at least 3 times every time before I can finally login. Then I can't sell my tickets if I need to. I can set a ticket price, but can't get past the payout method to list them. I've had to give away the last two games I couldn't attend because I couldn't sell them.

Horrible!! Worked for a few months and now I cannot sign in except for the link on ticketmaster.

App continues to not work. So far app support and developers have not been able to fix the problems. Was told the issue is with my phone being in power saving mode which it is not. In fact app has full permissions and still doesn't work. Ticketmaster says the issue is with the app, the app says the issue is with Ticketmaster. This app is about as useful as Gobert shooting 3's.

Installed app and went to open it, all it says is that it can't reach service.. I turned my wifi on, cleared cache, restarted phone, still doesn't work. I would love to have it work so if someone could troubleshoot for me that'd be great.

I downloaded this app to get tickets for the Jr. Jazz vouchers, I received confirmation that the tickets were ready for me on this app, but after downloading the app it continues to say no tickets are available for me. This is so disappointing. One of the perks of the Jr. Jazz program is going to the game with kids from the team, and now my son can't go because this app isn't communicating with whatever program is used to redeem the voucher. Thanks for disappointing a kid who loves the Jazz. Not happy.
