It's alright. I like that it narrows property searches based on the map selection, but it needs improvements. When you click on the photos to zoom in the photo fills the whole screen vertically and shows only a section of the photo. Another improvement would be an option to type in a price range vs set ranges (instead of $250k or $300k set prices let us input $277k, ya know?). If you've favorited a listing but it goes off the MLS, it can't be unfavorited in-app– only online.
It's good for browsing most of the time, but weirdly buggy when you try to look up specific listings or go back to a previous listing. Entering a specific MLS should always bring up the result (if it's still on the website), even if the current default filter settings wouldn't let it show. That seems so obvious.
Constant geocoding errors. Cannot save filter options so they apply to you next search. For me I hate HOA's, and the app has an option to filter that out. The website has that option, but it is to include that in to your search result. It's pointless to have that option, since you will get HOA listings regardless if you tick that option or not. Please get with it. I'm reading all these reviews, and my concerns are nothing that has not been said already. Please make these changes ASAP.
This app is missing several important features from the website. The biggest problem is the app crops photos, so you don't get to see the entire photo. This also is missing the ability to search by square footage and custom prices (they have a dropdown, not text input). Sadly this piece of garbage is working better than the website today.
Subpar searching capability. Has some filters that web doesn't have, but also some options are missing that the web does have. Lazy product ownership. As a software engineer, I could really lay into a lot of things that are just silly about this app, but at this point, what's the use? This app only gets used by people for a short time, until they buy or sell a home and then it doesn't ever get used again, so enhancement requests are moot. Not like I'm gonna be glad in a year new feature is added
Least intuitive and useful of the real estate apps. It is the clunkiest and slowest and most painful to utilize. Just don't. It needs a massive overhaul.
You're better off using the website. This doesn't show you full size photos, property tax, and it's search function is non-intuitive/ borderline useless. Overall functionality is awful. Save the space on your phone.
This app freaking frustrates me. Because of my wife's disability, I can only consider houses that are ramblers.... but I can't do that search on the app. I have to go to the website and do the rambler filter... favorite the houses that I want... then I can use the app with those. Unfortunately, I can't save and name searches on the web, only on the app... which doesn't allow the rambler filter. Fix this and you get 5 stars.
Consider fixing the photo fitting to the page. It's been broken for over a year. Pixel 4 XL. When in a listing, if clicking on the photo to get the fullscreen view, most of the photo is off the screen, making the fullscreen view completely useless.
It a very good source of information, but the app itself is very buggy. Pictures often won't load, or it fails to pull the property altogether.
Doesnt show sq ft/bed/bath anymore when you do a list search. What good does it do seeing prices of homes if you have no clue what size they are until you click on and open each house individually. Now I need to hopefully find an old APK from an old phone to undo this update cause the update makes it useless for search
Best way to search for houses in Utah! The only improvements I'd love to see in the app would be 1- wheelchair accessibility and 2- have the cost filters $25k apart instead of $50k apart (at least until the $500k homes).
Clicking on the images makes images too big. Can't zoom in or out and pictures don't loop when scrolling through. Really a pain.
Terrible. Has features the website is missing. Website has features app is missing. Only way to get full functionality is to be a real estate agent.
The app constantly fails to show pictures for any of the listings, rendering it essentially useless as a tool for finding homes.
I use this app almost every day. We are looking for a home and it is so easy to just jump into and search in the areas a that we are looking for.
Just use the website. I tried this because the website has had a lot of glitches the past few weeks but this is worse. The homie and realtor apps work great, I just take the mls # and go to this website to get the info I need now. More work but easier to get what I'm looking for.
Used to love this app. After the update, you can't open listings from map view. Super annoying
Just use the website. The app doesn't have as much info as the website, and the photos are poorer resolution than those on the website.
I really wish you would change the price range. Let me type it in rather than the pre-selected. What if I wanted to select 265 rather than 250 or 300... Please change
Probably the least user friendly of the mls apps
1. It could use street view 2. It resets the search if you minimize to look at another app. Irritating.
Decent design. The app is missing half of the information from the actual website thought - unit information etc.
After the update, the app will not open. It will close instantly
Worked great at first. Now it won't show any pictures
I loved this APP until the new update and now the app no longer works.
Terrible app! For one, everytime I view a property and then click back to see other results, I have to reenter all the filter data again. Absolute pain! Also I can't click on and look at full screen photos without them being zoomed in on so much that I can't tell what I'm looking at. I don't know how production versions of this app gets passed through user testing with the kind of issues it has. It has to be a true lack of caring about a quality app or just plain incompetence.
