With this new application you can:
• purchase airline tickets
• purchase additional services (for example private insurance policy)
• check yourself and your fellow travellers in for the flight
• choose and purchase the most comfortable seats during check-in
• get a QR-code which you can use to print a boarding pass in the airport
• send a printable boarding pass by e-mail
• change seats after check-in
• cancel check-in and check in once again
• provide feedback and attach some screenshots to your message
Aviation rules still require passengers to have printed boarding passes while boarding a plane.While self-checkin kiosks and reprint-desks can be found in all big airports, we still advise you to print the boarding pass upon receipt before arrival at the airport. You can check whether the airport has self-checkin kiosks on our website www.utair.ru "At the airport / Airport help" section.

terrible, even with my Russian friends I was not able to use the app. the web site is impossible to add extra luggage.
They are tricky liars - they offer low prices on website and in this app, but right after you go to the payment they increase price!
not an informative application, it is much easier to work with the site directly
i have been trying to buy the tickets all day and the server always cannot process my order.
Love the graphics but there should be an English version.very disappointed.

No English version, no payed orders on the list and I can't even check flight status. Useless app.

Doesn't work with German phone number. The message about the error is useless.
Easy fast and all on one place
Awful experience; the app is only in Russian (unbelievable for an international company), from the web you can't have access to your personal page, from the app you can't find Milan as destination, you can't insert the number of your flight (since it only accepts number, but the flight contains letters). It is impossible to pay by phone with a normal card. as a result, I still can't add one more luggage and I will have to pay extra to the airport.
