good one, but lot of features to be updated, like transaction stmt in the App and real time values of units on a day etc..
I can't able to open the app. Most of times it will show error communication with server. Please try after sometime. Is this issue will not resolve permanently???. Please look into the matter so that we access this app easily.
Ur app need a major update so dat newuser can register themselves trough it. 2 option to update the personal information through the app. So that customer dont have to visit branch to mk any correction in this regard.
I am not able to transact. After entering OTP it is giving message saying 'Error communicating with server. Please try after some time '. I have been getting it from few weeks. I have tried uninstall and reinstall. But no luck.
Neither the app is good nor the website. Not able to create new folio to invest. Website gets stuck after bank detail is entered and app gets stuck when it picks details from PAN and fields are greyed out which need to be edited. If I don't edit, it says invalid request.
Easy, user friendly. Need a separate section for NFOs.
It's been almost 2 months and UTI app still haven't resolve the problem. Still showing ERROR after entering password and ID. Kindly look into the matter fast.
App not work properly when I enter my user I'd and password it is opened successfully but after a message comes "error communication with server. Please try after sometime". Pls solve the problem.
I have downgraded my 3 star review to a 2 star because of one major issue which is viewing the bank transactions. Its a pain searching for the bank transactions in the app.
No option to pay via VPA ID while the same is available via browser. Poor as i need to use 3rd party apps like groww app to instantly check my investment duration instead requesting acc statement over email from uti app
i just got to know from developer reply that otp sms to complete online banking transaction from bank for folio payment is auto read but unfortunately, it never auto completed to me. I am using SBI netbanking option while doing additional purchase in my existing folio.
Unable sign in to app. It is still loading. Web application is also very slow. Please fix the issue asap.
You can't look at future SIP, STP etc in app. You need to provide the future schedule transaction also for amending. Good investment app.
App is not user friendly. I am done with KYC, still couldn't understand the UI to start the SIP.
previous one year it has performed well for customer to provide us constant updation of our accounts. But suddenly since first week of January, 2019 this app causes a huge trouble as it has not a single time response. still the trouble going on. No results of update and reinstall. App still irresponsive. But in 2020, I can say it's fine..
Worst.... Before it was working good, from last few days whenever I tried to log in it shows update the app n am not able to login, also when I click on update option it doesn't go to update page, just shows open the app, when I open the app again same update the app.. It's worst...

Best for SIP process. But SIP date or plan name and SIP amount cannot be changed. This should be considered.
Why app is not opening since last 4-5 days? Please help. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No use. There is no error. Only white blank screen appears and goes away. It is installed on android 5.0.2 version.
Not bad, although there is scope for improvement. Customer service email is prompt.
I am trying to update app but its not updating. Everytime when I open the app, a pop message appears for updation, on clicking the updation, it goes to playstore and two buttons appears 1.uninstall 2. Open. If I click open it goes to pop up window for update. Not updating, not being able to use the app.
Updation is always a problem. It's super annoying. I see that in reviews people have written about it yet no solution to it. It keeps on buffering. Whereas other apps updation takes 30 seconds to one minute. Please do something to fix the problem.
Suddenly my payment mode details disappeared which I was using more than 1 year without any issue. Customer care not responding properly. App lacks proper support. There is a lot of scope of improvement which are not taken up. I am struggling since a week to do simple investment.
Bogus and frustrating! It was working reasonably well until last few days. Now the app doesn't even open! The circle goes on rotating on and on in the middle! Unable to conduct any transaction through it! I'm running out of patience and considering withdraw all that I have with this fund house and say alvida! No point in sticking to a junk!
Interface is not good, UTI itself has very slow service and even redemption take more than a week. In the application there are too many options which are not usefull at all and are more like internal ads
Good experience of opening SIP's when ever required. But one thing, addition of nominee details feature in the app would make it more easier for investors. Otherwise you have to visit nearest UTI centre for submitting forms which is not possible during COVID 19 pandemic.
Works well. Hassle free information about my portfolio. The fingerprint authentication is convenient. I have not got any glitches so far.
