There's no description on any info on how to log in or sign up. Reviews from other users state it's your ID card number and the last four digits of the ID number for the pin. I tried the last four numbers and the first four numbers and nothing works.
"This app was designed for older phones" warning pops up. Cant actually type anything into it. Just straight up doesnt work, and I'm on an S9. When will this be updated?
app crashed and now no matter what I try it says invalid pin. With no way to reset it??? and no response from emailing the developer

This app doesn't need to do much, but yikes it looks horrible.
I was told to download this app to obtain my id card info, prescription bin and other information. I signed in with my subscriber id and pin yet it tells me invalid id. Is there a solution to this or is this a bogus app?

Where do you get the pin #? There is no way to request on.
Is this a joke? Did some kid in high school create this app? Finding new insurance now.

Bit of a silly login system. The ID is the ID number on the card and the PIN is the last 4 numbers of the same ID number, and it doesn't let you change it. Not exactly HIPAA approved I would think.

University of Utah employees use a Single Sign-On system with the majority of programs and systems on campus. Please include login help information, or a link on the login page, as we are required to use a PIN for this app. This app was once useful, but I can't login now, can't remember my PIN, and don't have an option to request a new one.
This is great to have this info at hand. Now if I can get access directly to MyChart this would be awesome!

Great at first. Nice having info at hand. But now can't login. Doesn't have option to reset pin. Or maybe didn't request pin # before. Can't remember, lol.
I wish it allowed me to store multiple cards so I could have my children's cards on my app too.
The app seems half finished, out of date, and I can't even log in. It says I have an "Invalid Login" but it gives me no way to sign up, or any solutions if I don't have a pin or have forgotten it. It would be nice if I could access and print out an ID card from a website or my computer.
