Omg I had to uninstall and then reinstall now it won't open! What is going on? So many issues with the identification verification keeps showing graphic bad error, which infact photos are clear. Please fix this ASAP

I can't believe i can't setup my password... It's such a joke this app... It says Only letters, numbers and at least one of the special characters. Don't believe them. It's something else. They have abandoned this app for sure...

Has anyone actually used this app? Needs a company code to get started, and it doesn't explain how to obtain it. When calling the phone number provided, there is no answer (it tells me all circuits are busy)
