UV Index Widget UVIMate

It's a great app, but the widgets don't update and the sunscreen reminder alarm never goes off. The widget stays in whatever UV was on the last time you opened it. It was more reliable at other times, but now it just doesn't update

Absolutely love the app but the widget is now broken, I guess from the most recent update. Won't open when I tap it. Doesn't matter where I tap it or how many times. Please fix

Shockingly poor, not updating results, just a spinning wheel in the middle of the screen. I even foolishly paid for the premium, something I regret and trying to get a refund.

2x2 widget is completely broken. Touching does not update it and it also won't open the app. Have to go into app drawer and open the app there to get up to date info

Both widgets don't work. Tap to update doesn't work, it did before. And doubletap doesn't open the app, it did before. Using newest Android 12 on Samsung S22 Ultra.

Excellent! Easy to use and to read. It makes a great quick reference for whenever you're outside. Also makes a great reference for your daily vitamin D intake.

This app is really awesome. I use it almost every day to get my Vitamin D in. 100% recommended. You don't even need to get Pro if you don't want to.

This was such a useful app, bit it really works best with the widget, which seems not to work at all at the moment.

Application is good,but widget is not refreshing the values until you run the application. How to fix it?

FIX BROKEN WIDGET PLEASE! Been using this app for years and love using the widget but the devs need to fix it.

I love this app and how detailed it is, but sometimes the widget displays the index like its supposed to and then it randomly switches to just saying something vague like "high uv" or "low uv". So then I have to open the app to see the actual index, which completely defeats the purpose of the widget. It's constantly switching back and forth and its incredibly frustrating. Please fix jt.

2x2 widget is broken on last update. You can't click on widget. Please fix.

I LIVE to sunbathe, so I looked at a few of these apps. UVI Mate is a masterpiece, accounting for details like skin type, ozone, clouds, vitamin D production, etc. This free version lacks many features which are not well described, just blocked with a pitch to upgrade for $10--maybe a bit on the high side. But it stands very well on its own.

This app is sort of ugly looking, but it has the most information in a visible and informative way. I like that I can see the UV index throughout the whole day without clicking or scrolling. This is also one of the few apps that offers a widget for UV index. It would be nice if there were also a widget that tells you UV index over time. Samsung Wear app would be very appreciated too.

Best app for UV, but don't get the "pro" version! It works way worse than the free version and there's no way to get support or a refund. The widget does not update like it's supposed to and the app just has a spinning circle most of the time, also failing to update.

i'm mixed about this. it gives me the info, but the widget is either high med or low. and if i reset the phone, it gives me precise info with numbers and such. yet if i go into the program it will go back to the graphic. and there are no options of what i can do with the widget.

I have sent 2 emails to you to ask why UV notifications don't work and why the suncream alert also doesn't work. I don't get any notifications from UVI ever! I've had no reply from you so I'm forced to leave a negative review. I have no problems with notifications from other apps and I've checked that UVI notifications are enabled. If I have to have Pro to do this, fine, but I need to know that it will work. 4/6/20 update - Simple questions, 2 emails and review = no replies from dev. Very poor!

Hello developer nice app. Thanks. There is small bug in widget instead of showing value it shows text like low high but value is preferrable and you can change backround color as per the value. Hope you can fix this. Once again Nice job. Have a good day.

The sunscreen reminder does not work, which is a big reason I downloaded this and purchased premium. It does not issue a notification like it claims. I enjoy the other features of the app, but that is a bit issue for me

Although useful, the weather is not in sync with local status often. This side of the weather data alignment is important and needs to be improved for wider usage and recommendations to others imo.

Good uv app, but the widget is often not updating by itself. Ut requires a tap, which is a major hassle, because you often end up seeing outdated data.

This is the only UV widget I could find. It'd be great if I didn't have to click the widget to see the maximum forecast UV. Also, I live in one of those areas where I'm trying to get MORE UV, not less, so a "minutes until maximum UV" would be great.
