Average banking app. Would be nice to directly apply for checking from the app with follow-up by phone or online. Some menu items not intuitive.
The app is somewhat unreliable. Sometimes it takes several tries to log in, though this has improved since the last update. Sometimes it will kick you out for no reason. When trying to use the deposit check function, it will give error messages and the attempts fail. if you keep trying over and over you can sometimes get it to complete the function. The overall concept for the app's functionality is good, it just doesn't always work in its execution.
It only works half the time for me. Too many menu options makes it confusing to navigate. Currently, it will not let me log in even though my fingerprint and password is correct. It wasn't reporting how much money I had used on it either so I had no idea how much was left to use on the card.
After most resent update there is a black line appeared right in the middle of my screen blocking my view. It is staying in the middle of my screen even if I move screen up and down. Very ennoying! I just can't get rid of it after reinstalled this app.
This app used to work great but now doesn't open on two phones. I have reinstalled it numerous times, cleared out memory etc... I notified credit union tech support. Oh well. They sent me an email telling me the app was updated. It seems to be working now.
I would give a zero star raiting if i could. The app wont even open. As soon as i click on the app, it crahses right away. It should not be doing that. I just got a new phone which is a moto. I had an iPhone before and the app worked fine. Now it wont work. Very disappointed and annoyed. I have to use my web browser just to access my account. Thumbs down......🙅👎🏼
This app is very easy to use. Once you login you can .Moving from one feature to another is smooth. The only thing I am not fond of is the mobile deposit feature. It does not auto take a photo of the check.
Horrible! I just opened an account and downloaded the app. Every time I try to click new user to create an account in the app, it thinks I hit reset password so I can't actually create a new account and view my funds online. Guess it's time to withdraw my funds and go elsewhere..
The app works as it should, most of the time, weather permitting, and they aren't updating. I've enjoyed the app, it is user friendly, and easy to navigate. This coming from someone who's next to computer illiterate. lol.
Some functions don't work well or at all. Mobile deposit function doesn't focus camera properly which makes it useless. Randomly logs out in the middle of functions. Pretty sad stuff compared to most bank apps.
It mostly works well but definitely not as functional, user friendly, or with as many features as my other banks online banking app. Account balance, particularly, is way more unreliable (less real-time).
I have a new Samsung phone that I hoped would make this app work again since it stopped completely on my old Galaxy 3. But now it won't even open. I used to rely on this app for my banking. Now it's useless. Which maybe makes me think my relationship with the credit union is as well.
eh, it's okay. It's often slow, clumsy, and takes multiple attempts to do things. It also doesnt conform to the standard Android UI practices.
It could be better and have more features! I Have been using it for a month and still can't get to transfer money! Update: four months now and still I can't transfer money! Update: It's March of 2022 and still is not working!
Mobile deposits and external transfers take at least 3 days. App is crowded with too many menus and options. Not user friendly at all and customer service leaves much to be desired.
it's a pretty good app. when they've had problems in the past it took a little longer than I would have liked, about a month, for them to fix the issue, but they did fix it none the less. keep it up guys are gals 👍
The app developer got back to me and basically told me that the phone is now in compatible with anything other than iPhones because of a security bug in the app wonderful beautiful now I have to go in to the bank to make transfers Etc because I have a tablet and an Android phone instead of a PC please fix this as soon as possible and as soon as you do I will gladly update my rating
Finally updated! I have really missed being able to use this app and now I have it back. I can take care of all of my banking without having to worry about getting to the credit union when it's open, which makes a big difference for those of us who work overnight.
The app crashes if you try to open it when you are in landscape orientation. Update: Fixed. 🙂
Horrible. After updating I had no way to use this all through Christmas! no notifications about a problem, I had to find our from a bank teller. Thanks for screwing up the Holidays.
The notifications/alerts are easily heard on my phone. All other functions have been working beautifully.
App use to work great. Now it never opens. I have uninstalled and downloaded several times. Its so frustrating and awful.
Has its glitches from time to time, but nothing major. Overall I have no problems with this app and it's very easy to use/understand.
It's OK for basic features, but pales in comparison to the features of other bank apps like Ally - which I use as a universal hub app to shift $ amongst 5 different accounts. UVA CC also needs to adopt Zelle payments.
App will state password is incorrect when it is not, then will not allow me to change it. Very frustrating.
Thos app is very user friendly and intuitive. I have really appreciated the option for mobile deposits.
The app mostly functions well but I have to take away stars because I have been repeatedly prompted by Zelle that I will have to switch to using Zelle in the UVACCU app. Despite this message, and reading the directions on using Zelle from the UVACCU website, Zelle is not currently accessible anywhere on the Android app. You should update your directions for using Zelle to reflect that it is not accessible from the hamburger menu as a tab.
