I have an LG G3, with LG being a Korean phone company you would think it would work with a Korean car company but it works partially at best. The intentions are all great ideas but they need to stay on top of the updates cause right now for me the service is useless. I definitely see the potential when KIA does come out with updates for it. I can't wait for that time.
Says that it is incompatible with my phone so doesn't let me do much. It needs updated badly as i have a new Samsung Galaxy, like I'm sure a lot of people do. It's a pretty useless app if i can't use half the stuff
Every time I log on that my phone, Samsung galaxy S4, isn't fully compatible. Would rate it higher if it were compatible. One star only. No points for almost working, and this does not. Even the dealer could not get it up and running. Great idea bad implementation.
Tried a galaxy s3 and s5 and a iphone 4s nothing worked. Got a brand new car and cant use the features
Always says not compatible with my samsung s3 then I override and it works BUT all of a sudden the app will not show picture of car...Was fine for first month then no photo....Come on Kia it is 2014 get some IT people who can get this right....

I tried to download the app from the google play store on my phone .Says it is not compatible. I came on-line and downloaded it from there and it is on my phone and works great!
I have the HTC one M8. Need to update ASAP!

I don't understand the thought process. The Galaxy Note 3 isn't compatible. Is the IT team living in the last decade. The note 3 is a Samsung flagship phone oh and by a Korean company. Get your act together and stop developing for Android Jelly Bean
Have the Samsung note 3 which is one of most popular phone and this application has not worked on it for almost a year that they had to update it. KIA just does not care about its customer. They just was too sell you this extra uvo accessory for over a $1000.
Reading the reviews makes me feel better. Got a new phone (same type, and number etc...) but now can't sync my car or log into uvo at all. Says services are unavailable press ok...that does no good. have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and that does nothing.
It is Not compatible with my S5. Once there is an update will definitely rate it higher
Kia would do customers justice by keeping up with compatibility issues.
