Intuitive layout with relevant options; I've never had any technological issues with the app and I've been using it for 5 years.
Because I work for Uwharrie Bank, I have always taken my deposits in to the branch, and never tried Remote Deposit. I've been working from home for quite a while, and needed to make some deposits and Remote Deposit was very easy!
Very simple app, works every time for me. Easy to see balances and activities, transfer funds and to setup bill pays.
keeps giving me an message saying some of the info is incorrect, when trying to sign up. im new to uwharrie(1st banking account) and having it on my phone is important.
Wonderful way to do banking. Helps me to keep up with my money and no paper involved. The bank also protects my credit card. Thank you very much.

I am away from my laptop at home and was able to transfer money to pay off Master Card from my phone.
So many issues with depositing checks. You need to endorse on both ends of the back of the check for the system to accept it. The BB&T app is amazing. I really miss that aspect from having an account there.
