UWorld NCLEX

This program requires the user to apply an advanced level of knowledge and reasoning in order to perform well. It is a great option for NCLEX preparation as it generates questions that are challenging as the NCLEX will be. I like that each question gives statistical information about how many got the question correct and which options were chosen if the question was answered incorrectly. One thing that could be improved is developers not answering feedback.

This is a great resource for the NCLEX. I used it for over a month and I passed. I felt like the difficulty prepared me for when I actually took my test and I think that it is worth the price. There were only a few minor problems with the app. Occasionaly the swiping feature wouldn't work. I would have to tilt my phone to change the screen orientation and then tilt my phone back for the feature to unfreeze. Also, when I would scroll through past tests the app would freeze sometimes as well.

Everyone recommended Uworld to me and I'm glad bc I just passed my NCLEX last week. Uworld really develops your critical thinking skills. I learned about a handful of conditions we never discussed in school and I specifically remember a question I would not have gotten right if it weren't for Uworld. Read every rationale, even if you get it right! Try to complete 75 questions at a time and select all topics instead of focusing on one at a time, it helps you to get in test mode. The NCLEX and uworld are basically identical as far as how the screen looks and the use of exhibits, etc. I preferred u world on a desktop but you can use your phone also. I purchased the subscription with one assessment and completed the assessment at the end. It said I had a very high chance of passing and I guess it was right! So excited, thanks Uworld.😝

Helpful, easy to use, and the rationales often have pictures so you can visualize the process.

Amazing 🙌🏼 This app is so user friendly. You can make notes, make flash cards, mark questions. The explanations are easy to understand and make sense. The graphs, tables and pictures used for explanations are so helpful (and you can add them to your set of flash cards). I'd highly recommend it. Worth every penny.

Edit: As it turns out the app doesn't seem to work on Android unless you've bought one of the products. Once I purchased my 30-day access it worked flawlessly. The product is expensive and I was hesitant to purchase because of all the money we already have to pay Pearson and your testing center, but I bit the bullet and don't regret it at all. If you want to feel prepped for NCLEX this is the app for you. 75-questions a day for 3 weeks and I passed my exam with the minimum number of questions.

Awesome app! Was my primary means of studying for the NCLEX-RN. I passed in with the minimum number of questions. Uworld really help to master the SATA questions, and I had a lot of them! It also helped that taking exams on the desktop looked identical to the NCLEX. I think it helped me feel more comfortable because it was a familiar interface.

I got an error message that tells me to contact support every time I tried to log on. Contacted support and was told everything is good on their end. And then it clicked. I opened my ad blocking app and excluded UWorld NCLEX app from the ad blocking list and voilà! It now works.

When the app was working absolutely great five/five. But ever since the update for some reason the app is not working for me. I have tried downloading it many times. And it keeps getting stuck on the sign in page. So I have had to rely on studying on the website. Update: customer service was very nice to help me out until the app started working again for me. Turns out if you have an older phone and you haven't updated the phone version you might have trouble with the app until you update it.

This is absolutely the best app for studying for the NCLEX-RN exam. It's very easy to use. I had access from every device I have. The explanation section is very thorough; it uses pictures, tables, and logarithms for explaining, and more. I bought the 3 month package. I used all the QBank questions. I didn't study every day, but I would take many quizzes when I studied and reviewed the questions I got wrong. I passed the NCLEX exam on the first try!! =)

The only thing that I don't like about this app is that it lets you hit submit on a question even if you haven't selected an answer. It's happened to me a few times when I click on an answer but it doesn't get selected and I too quickly hit submit. This causes the question to be omitted and I can't figure out if I can go back to try to answer those questions.

I love UWORLD the only problem is it lets your answer submit the hit eventhough you haven't answer yet. It doesn't ask any questions to confirm I mistakenly tap the screen by mistake and you have no chance to go back because it is already counted as omitted. Its just you pay for it and each question is important.

After the update Uworld will not open. It states my internet is to slow or not connected. It worked fine before the update. Now, I can no longer use the program that I had several hundreds for.

I used this to take my NCLEX and I passed the first time, 75 questions. Don't hesitate to use this resource. They offer the rationales for the right AND wrong answer. I truly felt like I was ready for the NCLEX (well...I still was super nervous but I didn't go in feeling unprepared!) I wish they had one for the CCRN. I would buy it in a heart beat.

It's good app for nclex students and provide overall whole knowledge and skill to pass nclex

Havent been able to log into my account. Its just loading but wont open up and its frustrating dealing with it on the browser. Theres no number to call and the email customer service isnt helpful. Super aggravating.

This is by far THE BEST resource to pass the NCLEX! The q-banks are very similar to the board exams and the rationales are incredibly detailed. Old/invalid questions are cycled out and newer, more up-to-date are updated weekly. After finishing the 2,000+ q-banks, I took the NCLEX and easily passed within 75 questions. I love the affordable pricing model as well.

Hi! I am averaging 44-58% in my qbank per exam (50% in total after i answered everything),first assessment: 61% (high chance of passing which boost my morale)- i took this when i only had 400+ questions left unanswered in qbank. however, on my 2nd assesmnt which i took AFTER i have answered everything, and re-answered another 3 or 4 sets of 75 item questions, i only got 54%! (which is a noticeable drop to borderline chance of passing!!) i am now anxious again, exam is in 4 days!! any advice?

Just passed my NCLEX today with 75 questions in 2hrs plus! This app somewhat did help me out in passing the exam! (although not as "wow" or as "great" as people raving about this app) and after I took the exam,.. I realized, this app is charging too much for the subscription. My suggestion to the students going to take the exam, practice, practice and practice by using as many resources as possible. I used 3 apps (2 paid & 1 free + the NCLEX & HESI questions) GOOD LUCK GUYS! 🙏😊

I primarily used UWorld as my study program for the NCLEX and I found out today that I passed! It's a really great tool that offers NCLEX-style questions and offers detailed rationales. The options to make your own flashcards were really helpful too.

I cannot say enough good things about Uworld. I ONLY used this app to prep for taking the NCLEX, I consistently scored 50- 60% on the practice questions and felt discouraged going in to my exam. I passed my NCLEX in 75 questions!! I couldn't believe it and I give all of the credit to UWorld! Do the practice questions, read the rationales, and you will be fine!

I have my exam first week of August. I've been unable to log in to the uworld app. Not sure what to do anymore. I contacted the technical support email and nothing so far. Very frustrating..

Perfect for studying NCLEX on the go. I always look at my phone first thing in the morning so I would use this app to get a 10 question quiz in before getting out of bed! Never had any difficulties with it.

Hi... Everyone said it's excellent app.... With much difficulty I bought this app.... Most of the time I log in it doesn't open.... And says technical error.... I am really disappointed.... The content is good unfortunately I am not able to use it even after paying the amount... Sorry for this comment because I wanted prepare for NCLEX and each time when I open the app it doesn't work.... So really disappointed....

Great rationales, very detailed and I was actually able to understand and learn why the best option was the best option. Took NCLEX during start of pandemic, passed in 60 questions. 10/10 would pay hundreds of dollars again.

So far, so good. Rationales are great and the repetitiveness allows you to obtain information through your long term memory, which is what we need! Thank you!

After having issues with getting the app to work, the staff at UWORLD, were able to tell me the issue and correct the problem. It took a little, but Im happy and I appreciate the service they provided. Thank You again.

It won't let me login in, it just keeps spinning. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have a Uworld account and use it on my laptop. UWorld is great and I love this program, just not this app.

6/2021 passed my NCLEX first try in 75 questions! I did 50-60 questions daily on the Uworld app for a month and listened to a little bit of Mark K(about 4 hours total) and that's all I did to study for NCLEX. Answered about 850 questions out of the question bank and did one assessment(I didn't do great on it) I bought two but I didn't feel the need to do the second one as I felt things had "clicked". I read all rationals, right and wrong. HIGHLY recommend Uworld, it's worth it!
