Update: The concept is great and the demo reel is cool but there is a huge problem. The app needs to synchronize data to the cloud (video and biometric data). It takes forever. In fact if the session is longer than a minute (I am guessing here based on my experiences) the sync fails. Now it is possible their servers are a fair way away (I am in Australia), and they are in development but this is unusable for participants. I have been waiting for a shorter session to sync and it has been close to 15-20 minutes and the camera data sync is still going. No participant is going to wait this long, and few are going to be happy about using their personal data plans. Still a watch and see, but not ready for a professional UX testing environment. ____________________________________________________________________ Has great promise but recordings won't sync and thus can't view them. FAQs link is broken so can't try and sort out myself. Will review this rating following next release,

I can't use the app, whenever i tap an option the app closes.
It's great concept, very useful. Tech is quite accurate. Problems: if you want longer test than 15 seconds you have to pay. In 15 seconds you don't have time to test anything, at all. When a test starts, people usually asks "oh, do I start", "is this what I need to test?".... That already takes 10 seconds away, so you have 5 seconds to perform a task? Makes no sense. It is 99 dollars a month for the most basic paid subscription, ridiculous. Processing is very slow.
