Pitiful. I can no longer see the rides in advance. WHEN I go to the RIDES section to see what is available NOTHING shows. It takes me to a white and blue screen asking me to ENABLE LOCATION SERVICE. One I enable, I go back to RIDES and still nothing shows. PITIFUL
The only problem I have is I have to go out and come back in for it to update. It won't update ride changes or canceled rides, or pending rides on its own.
I have been trying to download the update several times now with no luck. I get a message that states it will be download soon but has happened
I have a 2012 model year vehicle and the app also says that 2012 or newer cars are acceptable but when I try to sign up I get an error saying that it doesn't meet the minimum requirement for car model, I even tried to select a higher model just for test and I got the same error. So apparently there is a bug issue with the app. Please fix the issue as soon as possible so I can complete the registration.
This app has become horrendous. I've been with UZURV for over 5 years and this is by far the worst app update. The constant refreshing and the app not loading all available trips, the constant freezing is just exasperating. I love the company but this app? Not at all.
For the most part, pretty good GPS app.. However, lately as I am nearing a destination then it will cut off and not give me the address of my final destination. Final destination. I have to go to a second phone to pull up the original is original order to see where the final destination or house number is located. This morning I have received notice that there is an update to the app but when I go to the update link there is no update there. App update link also missing.
Worst app ever! Not a very great team to work for either! I have tried to switch it both on and off to go online and then off but it just processes like the annoying apple loading wheel. I have done Verizon suggestion more than thrice to reset my phone. And I say worst team..because uzurv passes the buck to your said phone co and says its not our technical error its your provider. Ie they don't want to fix anything
It needs different sounds for higher priority events such as urgent messages from UZURV, messages from riders, ride changes, cancels , etc. Now, cannot distinguish them from "new request in the feed". Needs a "Hold" queue where drivers can swipe to move rides they have seen, but do not think they want to do. This saves them from reviewing the same rides over & over with each new request in the feed, but they can still go back and express interest if they later realize they can do those rides.
Been driving for uzurv for over a year now. I have to say after reading all the negative comments that I have not experienced anything like what is being described by others. Seems to me like a lot of entitled younger folk are just upset for something not going their way. The only negative I have experienced was that sometimes the app's GPS is not correct. However, my car's GPS is more reliable and has a bigger screen anyway so it's no big deal for me. "Adapt and Overcome" I always say.
Love this app over other ride shares and food driving apps. The pay is good. I feel like I'm actually being paid for my time. I like the fact that I can see where I'm picking up and dropping off my rider, how much I will be paid before I request a ride. Yes, request. You have the option of looking at available rides and choosing the ones you want. I didn't give 5 stars as the app glitches sometimes and I have to restart my phone to get it working again, sometimes when my riders are in my car.
Is there a way for the app to automatically remove outdated reminders and not continue to send notifications that are at least a day old. I have to keep notifications on for the app to be beneficial, but receiving notifications that are 2 and 3 days old is not necessary.
After reading the comments i absolutely agree about the poor gps location tracking. I was made to believe this was an isolated issue but i am reading and seeing that multiple people have had thr same issue.i utilize other apps such as lyft and smazon flex. When the gos isnt accurate the driver is allowed to click a button that acknowledges that the gps point is wrong and still mark arrived or trip has ended. Uzurv needs to work on fixing this issue. Very good app. Much improved over previous versions. Only wish it would allow you to see available rides when you are on a trip while waiting for your rider(s)
The app needs to have more versatility to where the customer can voice their opinion and rate the driver. The driver that goes above and beyond should be rewarded. And it's really not the app its the people behind the app....it's a business. What makes it bad for business when people behind the app are doing personal things towards drivers who deserve to be appreciated rather than mistreated...😔
Been driving here in Florida since March. I enjoy driving for my community and the pay structure is top notch. They really need to respond to emails same day and not take 2 days to reply. Some issues are time sensitive and the wait time in 2019 is not acceptable. The latest update seems to be sluggish on Android when accepting new rides. I notice no replies from support on this feed. 🤔 *************UPDATE MARCH 2020******** ONCE YOUR CAR HITS 10 YRS U NO LONGER CAN DRIVE FOR UZURV.
Takes forever to get ride confirmed. No option for riders to request specific drivers. Slide to - anything - is not smooth and is hidden.
Just applied the update, not sure if all new and updated features. I would like to see an area to ask questions during the onboarding process.
nightmare to login. does not keep the password so you are sent in a circle to reset it. i tried 4 times, no number to call someone. going to cease trying until i have a day where i am bored to deal with tbis login issue
Problems with GPS being corrected so have to call each time ride is ended so I can be PAID!! ERR! ALSO, location tracking isn't working.
Unable to get rides. I will be online and it shows up I immediately check on it and it goes away saying that someone else has been given the ride. I spoke to a couple of other drivers and they told me that over 80% of the rides are already assigned to other drivers. This is a unfair practice due to it not allowing other drivers to have a chance on picking up rides. They have also stated that this does not happen. How untrue. can not update personal information, can not update documents and car information, no phone or office in Atlanta for help this app is worthless

Riders need to be able to make round trips and trips with a stop into ONE RIDE rather than separate rides. Also drivers get no pay for waiting time. This is a big deal when picking up at hospitals and medical offices because riders often don't get out on time. Then the driver gets to decide whether to wait at no extra pay or get a no-show approved for reduced pay. It's a lose-lose proposition. For this reason, I often avoid pickups at hospitals and medical offices which hurts everyone all around
