Very basic and not worth installing. If any of my Term Deposits matures, it keeps on showing that also if I open a new Term Deposit, it does not show it. On asking the bank, learnt that I will have to keep on uninstalling and installing the app back for current status if it has changed from previous one. Who has time to do all this all over again and again? Very Stone Age app.
This app would have been more useful, had it featured the balance amount after every transaction. Earlier version was better. Also the colour of the background page shoul have been more attractive.
Does not work 90% of the time. Only errors like server down or unable to process the request. What kind of passbook doenot open even when u want it to. Hopefully the banks IT team figures a solution to this.
The app is a waste of time and efforts. Nothing from this app functions properly and it is the same since years. With every update, it asks for redo of logins which is not a problem; but showing errors in the middle of the process 10 times is.
Initially worked well when installed for just over 3 months and after that, always shows me the message "Server Busy' and never provides access to my account. A useless app for the customer when it doesn't serve the purpose
The app's service is pathetic. Just like the service they provide in their branches. The passbook is always incomplete, does not update the transactions. It's always a mess with this bank.
after reinstallation this app I am not able to use it again as it every time gives me an error the device is already registered I have contacted my home branch and they ask me to write an application about it which I gave but they never give me any resolution so I am not sure how to use this app. it ask me for my account number mobile number security questions and answers after providing this information it simply gives me message device is already registered no option to skip this. Please help.
Once again you have proved that your apps are not at all dependable.I upgraded the app and thereafter I don't get my account particulars.None of my Term deposits particulars displayed. Even on earlier occassions I faced such obstacles.Perhaps high time to uninstall
Very dissapointed as the I cannot open app after installation. Also the existing bank app does not get updated and buffers from 2 months. Baroda has no passbook filters. How can I transact or view my balance?
there is no rating for this app. higly irritating. it often closes. when i entered my mpin it goes inside and automaticall the app closes. please fix it and iam using nokia 6.1+ the app crashes often pls fix it
Very worst functiong bank app in award can be given. Whenever you try to open in need, it will not work. But whenever you dont need it, it will work perfectly... Downtime is 80% more than uptime....
Whenever i login to this app it notifies error [600] your device is already registered due to this iam not able to login... Yesterday i have installed app... After enter required field to register it notifies ' Thank for installing V-epassbook we will send mpin to your registered mob number'...but i never get MPIN to my registered mobile number. I tried so many times but didn't work please resolve as soon as possible.. Thanks , Rajendra
I'm using Poco F1 which has a 18:9 ratio display and this app does not fit to the screen. Kindly do the needful to fix the display issue.
Unable to use the app on Android 9 it crashes on it's own as soon as it opens please help. I have tried re installing many times. I m using Google pixel XL
Not at all able to proceed futher after receiving the mpin. The process gets stucked at the automatic otp recognition stage. Fed up of trying again and again.
Miss using this app after the merger of Vijaya Bank with Bank of Baroda. I hardly updated the passbook physicaly when this app was always in my pocket updating me about all the transactions taking place. Hope BOB comes out with a similar e-passbook app and not just mini statement.
App not working, please remove it. Not able to access my account, having banking relationship since last 12 years. Very disappointed the app and because of which I have to close my account.
Installed the app, couldn't set up because there is no option to change my overseas country code. By default it comes the country code of India as+91. Poor design and no use.
After I put my login credentials the main screen flashes and the app disappears. I never had this problem earlier. Please provide a solution for this.
I'm unable to open passbook from the e_passbook.I'm regularly getting the error this application has stopped working after changing to new phone. Informed the same my bank authority but no response.
This app doesn't open many a times.Closes by itself. Should develop the app. There are problems in the app. The app needs to be updated.
Worst App....taking too much time to login and if you will try to login then out of 10 times hardly you will be able to login only once. Developer needs to learn from ICICI bank app which is far better than this.
Thanks to the developers for devloping such a Nonsense app; i register 50 to 60 times and it always shows a message, error 998...What the hell is this... If it was possible to give Negative stars, then i will provide you guys...
Kindly upgrade this app to a standard one, Lack of features. Bank statement can't be mailed or viewed properly,Incomplete details of Transaction,Overall look is standardless. Comparing to other Bank Apps,Worst App
Very poor app. Rarely work. Always show error 501 or server busy. Dose not show all details. People never take concern over the problem customers are facing. Trapped
After update it is not working, showing user not registered, what a pity, I am using this app from last 3 years. Set it right immediately.
Wonderfull app. i loved it. Just uninstall the previous one to update the new one from playstore. if you try to update directly you will face some error
The App hasn't proper aspect ratio according to various screen sizes. It only opens in half screen of my phone. Firstly Correct the aspect ratio for all screens so that it can function properly. Also It displays most of the time "Sever Busy" So Fix That Issue.
