The App hasn't proper aspect ratio according to various screen sizes. It only opens in half screen of my phone. Firstly Correct the aspect ratio for all screens so that it can function properly. Also It displays most of the time "Sever Busy" So Fix That Issue.

Very basic and not worth installing. If any of my Term Deposits matures, it keeps on showing that also if I open a new Term Deposit, it does not show it. On asking the bank, learnt that I will have to keep on uninstalling and installing the app back for current status if it has changed from previous one. Who has time to do all this all over again and again? Very Stone Age app.

Does not work 90% of the time. Only errors like server down or unable to process the request. What kind of passbook doenot open even when u want it to. Hopefully the banks IT team figures a solution to this.

The app is a waste of time and efforts. Nothing from this app functions properly and it is the same since years. With every update, it asks for redo of logins which is not a problem; but showing errors in the middle of the process 10 times is.

The app's service is pathetic. Just like the service they provide in their branches. The passbook is always incomplete, does not update the transactions. It's always a mess with this bank.

after reinstallation this app I am not able to use it again as it every time gives me an error the device is already registered I have contacted my home branch and they ask me to write an application about it which I gave but they never give me any resolution so I am not sure how to use this app. it ask me for my account number mobile number security questions and answers after providing this information it simply gives me message device is already registered no option to skip this. Please help.

Whenever i login to this app it notifies error [600] your device is already registered due to this iam not able to login... Yesterday i have installed app... After enter required field to register it notifies ' Thank for installing V-epassbook we will send mpin to your registered mob number'...but i never get MPIN to my registered mobile number. Miss using this app after the merger of Vijaya Bank with Bank of Baroda. I hardly updated the passbook physicaly when this app was always in my pocket updating me about all the transactions taking place. Hope BOB comes out with a similar e-passbook app and not just mini statement.

Wonderfull app. i loved it. Just uninstall the previous one to update the new one from playstore. if you try to update directly you will face some error
