Doesn't load at all. Been a big supporter of vance and hines for a very long time but I'm starting to think I should look into other options. Between my fp3 not working well, my monster round mufflers (750 when I bought them) chrome bubbling and peeling off and the customer service I received recently v&h doesn't seem to appreciate or want my business, unfortunate
Would give it a zero but that options not available. Time out error on opening "Internet connection failed" absolute rubbish.
This App does not work past selecting model family. Says cannot connect and returns to list of pipes. If you haven't already downloaded the app, I wouldn't waste your time or device storage.
Time our error, internet connection failed on Nexus 6p. I tried it while on wifi and using Verizon's 4g. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still no luck.
Not work, wrong interface design make user cannot select sound preview. Hope it will be improved

Sound quality is excellent. Would be good to see pics with black exhaust as an option.
Would like to see it connected to the other content,like my app with my iphone.

Doesnt work on newer phones ( s9+). Works in older phones thought (s6 and lower). Too bad...

No app more cooler than this...
Wish I could use the sounds for my other Android system events, aka download the sounds to reuse them.

Time out error, internet connection failure, when having maxed out connection to WiFi and phone data. Notified Vance and Hines customer service, their response is there is nothing wrong with the app. I have V&H exhaust for both motorcycles I own, great products and great exhaust pipes. But have to say, customer service representatives scores an all time low score bordering on they do not give a crap.
Great, useful, marketing tool. It allows you to easily compare the sounds of their various exhausts without searching YouTube
Absolute rubbish, will not connect but blames my home Wi-Fi which every other app is fine with, don't waste your time with it.
App doesn't work. Says can't connect to internet on both iPhone and Android.
Some people are complaining about the app, but I have never had any issues whatsoever with it, V & H are a great company, with excellent support & customer service ð
