Hey, I wanted to report an issue. For the past few months , the v app keeps crashing for me. I can't even enter home page, the moment i open the app, the message " a temporary error has occured. Please try again" is displayed on the screen. This is very frustrating, as no matter how much i try I cannot get the app to function. And since I am not able to open the app itself, i am unable to report a complaint. I have tried re-installing the app many times, but it doesn't seem to work. Pls help.
Logged in today (2020.04.09) and can't tap hearts on any of the videos of my favorite artists. App is updated and settings are as they have always been, but no tapping is allowed. The button stays faded out like when you do actively tap it when it worked. Update: it works again but leaving this review for devs to look into the glitch
First when i downloaded this app it was working but after some months it didn't even showed the home page just a v live blue screen, so i uninstalled it and then downloaded it again still it didn't work. Next issue is captions i know how to turn on the captions but earlier it stopped giving the option for caption. Last issue is the notification settings I turned on the pop up notification settings and stuff which will appear in my notifications bar, but no it never pops up .
It's a great app with communicating to your idols and all that but my only problem is that it takes up too much phone storage and when my idol is on live there's no notifications that pops up to inform me that he/they've done live though I've already turned on the notification settings of the app, I've only learned that they've gone live if my fellow fans posted about it on their socmeds, and when I opened the app the live was long finished already. It's sad, really! Fix this please, thank you
I've been trying from past two weeks to open the application but it is just showing me some error code: 0 . Watching re-runs of Run bts episodes was my tension reliever but now this error is giving me stress. I've tried many times to uninstall and then re-install it and even the updates but it is of no use. I'm seriously in need of help . Do let me know .
I've been experiencing a problem with this app for over a month now. It says- "A temporary error has occurred. Please try again. (Error code : 0)". I have been missing so many live videos or any other videos of my favorite kpop idols. Please fix this problem, other than that this app is very good.
The app is good but after a few months when I click on some live videos the ab just shows in error in that life video attract to uninstall and reinstall it a few times but it was not working please fix this problem and I hope this will get fixed and it's not like it happened before a week ago only it started to happen that error comes and I couldn't click on that live video when I click it just shows and l so please fix this problem
the notification aren't working properly. please do something to fix this, i have tried everything to fix it, the push notifications are on and I've gone through every setting that there is but sadly the issue persists.
It's a good app overall and I enjoy the quick updates and the features but it would much appreciated if it had a dark mode in the overrall layout of app and it doesn't connect well to my wifi connection but works only when i use hotspot, idk what it's supposed to be but it's a fine app. :)

I really loved the app but now idk what has happened i tried many things like restarting my mobile uninstalling and reinstalling the app but when i open it it's showing me that "A temporary error has occurred. Please try again. (Error Code : 0) Exit Retry" Please help me with this issue voice i am missing many lives because of this issue i hope I can hear back from you as soon as possible.
It's great that I can see my favorite groups go on a live but the problem is, I can't seem to receive notifications when they go live. I already checked the settings on my phone and the settings on the app but it still not working. Please fix this issue, Thank you
Sometimes when I open vlive it says temporary error has been occurred also when i play vertical vlives on my tv the live is very broken its like a no signal image mixed with the live. Two of my fav groups use vlive vertical the most but i cant watch it because of that thing. Vertical vlives used to work well on my tv and it works well on my phone till now but on my tv it's not working.
The app all over excellent,but an error should be set and changes should be make. Firstly there should be English translator so it could be understood to international fans. Secondly the error is that, that when ever I goin BTS live and comment on the live my comment don't work. Waiting for your response, Hope so you will set the errors and make the changes. Thank you 😊
On the first hand I like to say after opening the app it consumes a lot of internet but is very good. On the other hand, when we go to start the app, most of the time it only shows the first page (the blue opening page) and dosen't let open it and I have to miss the lives. So Vlive staff i would request you to please fix this problem in my mobile and for this I will always be grateful to you.
I have been using this from years and it is soo good But recently- from past 5 days or more it doesn't open at all, it's showing "A temporary error has occurred. Please try again error code 0" I thought it would be ok after few days but it's still same. I have missed more than 3 live videos It would be soo nice if this get solved asap
App is great for army. But I am now having problem with the app. It's not opening at all it's shows error again and again. I installed it again as it was not opening but please look After that. I really love this app but it's not working.
I have been using the app for months and suddenly by February 2022 it crashed and whenever i try to open it shows error code 0. I have tried using both wifi as well as my data. But none of it works. I am really sad now..
It's pretty cool but the only problem is that after I make one moment... It'll glitch a bit. That's not a big deal, but when I try to make another moment it'll load and at the same time the video would play but won't record the moment. And after I quit it, it won't let me rewind or go forward... I have to quit the whole app then watch that particular video again and record that one moment... It's been months now I thought they'll fix it but... Anyways... I hope y'all fix this bug
I like the app very because it lets the fans interact with the artists but I have one complaint that is. It doesn't provide subtitles for certain channels even if I watch the replay of the live. It doesn't provide subtitles for certain artists like E'LAST, Day6, etc which is quite unfair. Recently, it has been showing error code:0, but my wifi is working to its fullest and I even tried reinstalling the app but it doesn't work. All the other apps are working just fine. I want to fix this quickly.
I absolutely recommend this app! I love it, great quality and you get to see your favorite kpop idols! However about a week ago, for some reason it had no option to put on captions anymore. Is there a button somewhere else im not sure about. Please let me know! Once again, i love this app, you guys were very successful in creating this.
i dont usually do this things but its getting irritated bcs vlive dont give me notifications at all, esp when i didnt open it for days but if i did i will receive a notif but late. this is why i mostly missed their live. i really love this app bcs we get to communicate to our fave artist. this has been in my phone for years and its always like this, i just didn't complain but i just really dont want to miss their future live anymore. so pls fix the app, thank you.
I have checked many people also facing same issues but the developer is only answering to those who has Missing captions problem then who will solve our problems? It's been 2 consecutive years since I've been using Vlive app it was so good but from the past 4 days it stopped working not even in Pc, computer,nor mobile done all the resolutions along with network but yes it's your application's problem but not by our end 😠 Please resolve this error 0 or 4 it's a request 🙏🏻

1. I can change the subtitle (based on google cc or samsung cc) before. BUT for this new version, I can't change the subtitle style especially for the size and background oppacity. The subtitle's background is too dark and it's annoying cause it is cover up the content. It will be nice if you add an option for changing the subtitle style (oppacity, font style, font size, with or without background) on the settings. 2. Please bring back the feature that we can see/choose the content sort by year
For the most part, I love this app. The actual watching of the lives and all that - everything's great. But the notifications! They've turned themselves off before, and now that I've turned them back on, I'm still not getting notified for all lives like I'm supposed to. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled my app. I'd like to watch my idols LIVE not after the fact, that's the whole point of this app.
