Very easy to make appointments & to cancel if you have to
Wowza. This is the most inconsistent, worthless app I have downloaded. Appointments NEVER show up in future tab, and booking is discombobulated. I have even missed appointments due to the inconsistency of this app. Seriously, fix it. V's is a great barbershop, and this app does NOT reflect that. *On a Note 10 Plus*
I love this place. The barbers are awesome and well crafted in the art of hair cutting. I recommend to all that need a cut. Download the app super easy to set up appointment.
So easy to use and very convenient
Shannon is great to work with me while I sit on my scooter. Also a good hair cut.
Worthless app. When I type in my email it tells me to use "a valid email." When I try to set up a new account, it tells me "email address already in use." So which is it? I has found a great guy to cut my hair. But if the app is now required, it looks like I'll have to find somebody new.
Can't create a profile. I tried using Facebook. It just spins and spins. Then I tried just using an email and it errors out saying my email has already been used.... So I tried to just log in....spin, spin and more spinning. Never loads anything.
Downloading new app was easy. New app remembered my login, as well as all my saved information and correspondences from the previous app. This process was seamless and this new app seems to be very user friendly.
Tried to update to your new app per email you sent. New app is terrible. Will not accept my email address. I'm not on Facebook. Guess I'll do it the old fashion way and call for my appointments. YOU SHOULD GET A REFUND FROM YOUR APP DEVELOPER !
I received an email saying to delete my old so and download this one and setup a new profile. I did but it shows no locations in my state to book an appointment.
My experience at the V's in Scottsdale is a 5-star but this review and the rating of a 1-star is for your horrible app. It's impossible to sign-in as a current customer, and forget about registering as a new client. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL APP!!!
This app never informed me if my appt went thru or not (which it never did) so I missed out on getting in to get a cut and shaved after the COVID19 lockdown.

Would take my booking but not confirm in upcoming. Shop did not receive as checked by phone. One version back.
This app will not recognize my email as valid, so it is unusable to me. I have to use the website or call now.
Jacob is a great barber always leaves me walking out like a new man. But honestly all the barbors here are great. Highly recommend to anyone.

App refuses to let you login as an original customer. Shop refuses to fix the app , so they lost my business.

To start with, V's barbershop is a wonderful company that is consistent across all its locations. The original app worked just fine. This new app is an absolute mess. It is far less intuitive than the original app. Most importantly, it does an abysmal job in scheduling appointments. After you schedule an appointment, it does not show it on the future appointments tab. Ever. There now is no option to include family member names when making multiple appointments. Will lose business over this.
