This app stopped working after update to android 11 on my Samsumg Note 20 Ultra. Before app was crashing but I could live with that. Please fix this issue ASAP. Update: After my email to support team about the issue, today I got email from support team, that update is ready. Indeed, the update works on Android 11.I have correct the rating to 4 stars. Still you have limit: only 8 timers per switch. In case of triple switch, that's not enough. Need to buy more switches due to limitation of App.

Worthless app means worthless tech. I bought a light switch to use the timer function, but I can't even get the app to work. I can't register an account because their system is down and has been for two days. I now will return the switch and go elsewhere. Avoid!

I purchased a smart light switch. The app couldn't link to light switch. Error suggested it needed to connect with a 2.4g Wi-Fi, i have high speed fibre optic internet so I'm not sure what the issue was. lack of help options. All round, complete rubbish.

I have purchased light switches and power outlets, but since I have them installed ( 7 days ago) I cannot register / make an account on the V-Tac Smarthome App in order to controll them........ everytime I try it the app sais that the registration code is sent, but I dont receive it!!!! There is nothing in the Spam filter and I have tried with multiple Email accounts and also with an IOS device...... nothing! I basicaly have fancy light switches and realy expensive power cords..... STAY AWAY!!!!

The app was working perfectly before Android 11 in NOTE 20 U. After Android 11 the app didnt open, the new version does not open also so the app and the equipment is useless. Why to have 2 apps for switches and lights? Make VTAC smart light to handle all VTAC devices.

the App works well. as of 13/6/2019 the Oreo issue seems to be resolved!! I will update later if needed works great with older versions of Andtoid (pre oreo) but there is a problem with Oreo and beyond it will only work once then needs to be reinstalled to work once more! tried on several devices. other than that it works well! please note it is the devices not the app that require 2.4GHz WiFi! the esp based devices all only work on 2.4 On a pre Oreo device, the app works well and relliably

The app sometimes disconnects from my wall switch but for voice control ,over google home is perfect.And why do you need two seperates apps, why not combine them into one!!??

Pairing not working with any of the 4 globes I have, tried both manually and auto, it successfully puts them on my network but doesn't register them so I can control them!

Stopped working for me after update to One UI 3.0 (Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G) Android 11. Please update the app Edit: update released one month later. Though I'd wish they were faster with releasing the update I'm happy it came eventually +1*

Much better now,it actually works!! Scheduling could be easier, but with practice you can get the plugs to do what you want!!

Wasn't able to link my socket. Used iOS for it. Something only 2.4 band supported my wifi is 2.4 only. Logs you out after 15 min inactive... Passwords in clear text standard, I hope your backend is at least hashed.

I upgrated my phone to android 11 and the app doesn't open at all anymore. Please fix the issue.

Terrible app. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use it.

Worthless app that never sends the email verification code. Complete waste of money on VTAC Hardware.
