Started using the new app. This has to be the worst app for picking up repo'd cars. It takes way to long to go through the entire inspection. This app should be applied to vehicles that aren't as beat up as the repos we pick up. I have yet to come across a repo that is flawless. The person who designed this app obviously isn't on a time schedule so they obviously don't realize how long it takes to go through all the prompts. Even more brilliant, is the fact that you have to constantly go back and forth through each prompt, and even more thought process, was the fact that you now have to confirm twice for each pic taken. Also, I now have to type my email in full, whereas old app, it would come up after typing a few letters. Obviously the person who designed this app knows nothing about cars nor being on a time schedule. We are not a Midwest company that doesn't see traffic. We are a NY company that has to put up with traffic day in and day out where , a 40 mile trip can take upwards of 2-3hours. As if it wasnt long enough before with filling out the paperwork and doing the first app which was much faster , now with new app, it takes us even longer to do the same job. This app is actually worse and longer to get through than Ready Auto app and Carsarrive app. Kudos to the the person who put the magnificent thought process into designing the new app. Must have been at the top of their class. IF IT'S NOT BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!! THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST UNTHOUGHT UPGRADE EVER. THIS APP SUCKS TO THE WORST DEGREE!!! WAY TO GO TECH BOYS!!!!

Other app producers would call this a beta version. Not intuitive. Some aspects don't work. For instance drop down menu to Mark damaged area doesn't work. Doesn't remember your password. And there are more.

App sucks take notes from Dispatch1 app. Have your tester perform an inspection in the rain or 90 degree weather. I would expect more from United Roads. Bar cod scanner want focused auto, to many clicks to navigate, damage report section very complicated and time consuming. V-Tas your app sucksssss

This app needs an update. It constantly crashes while in process of, taking pictures of the units. When opening the app it takes almost 2 mins to go to the deliveries section so you can mark the units as delivered.

This is by far the WORSE app out there. it never works for my driver. it is not user friendly. i avoid booking loads that require the app be used. and when it doesn't work i have to hear from the compliance dept asking me why we didnt use and the driver should have called if they had a problem. Makes me so angry. Wish this app will fall or the face of the earth.

Terrible. To do inspection I'm loosing a lot of time for unusfull things. Which in SuperDispetch is the best. Marking damages is not comfortable and waste a lot of time

a print option would be handy so we wouldn't have to wait for a fax. Burning up my clock waiting for a fax. I dont know where we got the navigation part but sometimes where it puts you is wack! Dont rely on it use google maps!

Ridiculous annoying garbage. Sends me a notification every 2min about loads that are redispatch to another driver. What's the point?

I don't understand why companies use this app when there are many apps that are much better than this app. Not user friendly at all, there are problems constantly. Doesn't sync on time. Overall pain in the butt to use this app. Companies that uses this app please tell me why?

This app really suck. I don't why they want transporters to used this app. When it never work. The software development need to fix this problem. Because it not far for the drivers that have to used this app

This app is the worst, I have never had such difficulty with a way over complicated more than likely over paid for app in my life. We know you don't care United Road, but pick a better app for us to use please.

The light was taken away for scanning vins at night. Not sure why but it was definitely not a decision by someone that actually uses this program. 😡😡😡😡

Best app for transporting vehicles. Groups units in loads unlike every other car hauling app that I've used. Only requires one signature per truckload unlike the others. It's for transporters who value their time.

worst app I had ever work with, "millions" type of damages, and customer need to confirm each one, for example if you will pick up car from insurance auction and if you want to make good inspection it will takes 1 hour

Light option for scanning vin's is not available on Android like it is apple. Any one have this problem also?

Why this app not sending any notifications? Should I keep opening the app every minute to check if I got new load?

THIS IS THE MOST TRASHY/NONWORKING APP I HAVE COME ACROSS DOESN'T SHOW ALL LOADS, FREEZES, DELETES LOADS/INFO.

It works when it wants to. Trouble signing in to different accounts.

Complete horse doodoo of an app needs major improvements many better apps but forced to use this garbage.
