Pretty much an invitation to China to browse through your home personal network. insanely intrusive, and requires every permission known under the sun. im now going to reset all security protocol s on my network. i was foolish to give them as much info as I did. the cheap camera is not worth getting your identity stolen or privacy extremely invaded. I dont trust this camera or app at all by any means.
loser than all other applications and I tested it for the most .. it has few options. daily review of the record disastrously works. always returns at the beginning of the day 00:00. No time to set
Constantly offline, blanks out. Sometimes forced to reset and reconnect. Times out when configuring. Poor video quality. Overall, terrible.
It doesn't work anymore. After resetting the camera the app doesn't register the camera anymore. The camera pick up the signal but the app times out trying to connect.
It needs a lot more work to be a good app. I have a camera set up and the app will only notify me of movement detected if I have the camera opened and Im watching it... worthless!
this app is very frustrating. Ive bought 6 bulb camera with different manufacturer but only this app/product frustrated me much. I almost strike the camera on the wall. This is stupid! I suggest Google Play to remove this app and ask for refund to pay all those who bought this garbage product of China.
The device doesn't work anymore,after i reset..and keep showing me configuration device, i already connect wifi connection to the device..i was unable to use..please fix..
will not configure. won't connect to internet and keeps timing out. will be returning camera and I just got it today.
bogus canmera don't purchase.its one of the fraud scam.nothing happens... neither connect WiFi nor hotspot...no password...no blinking of light...camera gets off after 3 seconds... neither app support nor camera.....
The time synch does not work on my 2 cameras. Tried many times but still wrong no good if ever needed as evidence
when i tried to add a camera thro lan search, it shows the camera, but when i try to add the gid shown, it says device not exists.
This camera quality or other function is good but playback function is not work always go automatically start point, so please upgrade this app otherwise i not recommend others this camera .
I did few times on the sonic config the camera reacted but the apps keeps on configurating until times out.why?pls help.

pretty easy to use i have 3 of them, i really like that i can keep an eye on my property with them
A good app ، however, The picture of cam is distorted, I hope you push a new firmware because the current firmware is to old from 2019
why does this app require a a access to making phone calls? this type of app does not need phone access. shame on you Google for permitting this control!!@@@

This v12 is very easy installed. And very clear. I will recommend to friend.
cannot connect to camera. waste of time. waste of money. dont believe me buy it and see for yourself.

Ripoff app/company. after update camera was banned and will not function as I am in the UK.....These ripoff companies/apps should be removed from google play they are thieves.

The camera itself is fine. However, the app is not. Accessing playback is frustrating (if not nearly impossible for specific times), updating firmware doesn't seem possible, nor does changing a password (even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app). Moreover, customer service is terrible...partly because of a language barrier but also because they are unresponsive. I can't recommend this camera because of these reasons.
