None of presets are working even present selection itself not working. Always need to move manual for view. Auto rotation of area configuration not available. Not satisfied with price and features given
Doesn't take smarts to use this. Unlike some neg reviews suggest, actually is EXCELLENT quality! BUT u ppll LUV to complain. I think its worth learning to use. It's SO EASY! (OH it logs you out once in a while/ using different browser/ different devices,to keep u secure, DUH) i]f u don't have patience, smarts or time to learn this EXTREMELY EASY security system, go sign up w/ a security service that provides ABSOLUTELY everything, somin(o] do nothing. I happy to received my v380 camera and it works locally. Still testing if i can connect it to the internet. Hope it wilk without a hassle.
V380 camera setup and work fine. After a few hours the app says device offline and you can not connect via internet unless you reset camera. Which is impossible if you not home!🤬
maybe a little change or addition of features for notifications on android 10+ which is experiencing delays. excited with this universal product.
Everything about app is on point. Just 1 feature lacking and that is watch video in fast forward mood. Can't wait to have it please

Nightmare to set up, absolutely not intuitive! Especially the WiFi system, a test of patience...
Last two update make the "time" device wrong for ap mode...late 12hour..cannot change by manual option,it keep change back to wrong time...please fix this bug..
I still have 4 cameras connected but service is getting worse and connecting almost impossible, app used to be fantastic but latest upgrades very bad
Was working good till last update comes up. Housekeeper and alarm still not working. Waiting to be fixed sooner.
Very difficult to connect. After a while it won't let me connect no matter how many different accounts or reset options I try. Picture quality is great but if you can't connect it's useless. Been struggling for over a year and almost about to give up completely...loved it when it did connect and serve its function.
Best app at Play store. All features are excellent. There is one feature is missing that you mast be add " video fast forward feature ". I give five stars if said feature available.
Really hard to set up but eventually got it running. Pros: The picture is reasonable, not HD but then for the price its pretty good. Cons: Its quite slow to respond to commands and there is no PIR movement detect to turn it on, that would have been a real bonus. All in all considering the price and forgetting the 7 or 8 failed attempts to get it running its pretty good for the money, a solid 3 stars.
Too much regret for upgrading to latest version. Now, I can't see the videos recorded on SD card because access to SD card has been removed and I can't replay the recorded videos on my phone. No way to switch the monitored scene from color to black/white and vice versa. I need to roll back to classic V380 but don't know how. Also, there is no way to log in locally but the developer has just given a demo trial access to the cam viewing for limited time. It's totally rubbish.
Lots of issues. Very confusing interface but with lots of trial and error I finally got it working. However I get a lot of false alarm notifications where no movement occurs but the app keeps sending notifications. Tried all kinds of settings, but the camera keeps sending false notifications. This is indoor with no pets, no wind .. no movement.
Every time I open up this app, or try to turn the alarm on or off it claims to have crashed. The app is now effectively useless because I don't get notifications when the alarm is triggered (if the alarm even is being turned on). I've sent numerous error reports but nothing has been done. I've bought myself a better camera now with hopefully more reliable software, I'm sick of my home not being secure because this doesn't work anymore.
Can only give it 3 stars because it only connects to camera and allow you to modify camera activity when connected to wi-fi. When you are using mobile data or LTE it will not allow you to connect. Just sits there working until you back out. 4-6-22 Downgraded to two stars. I purchased this camera originally for security. It should at least record on MY memory that is installed. I am so sick of "bait-n-switch" tactics of companies desperate to create an income stream.
