Ummmm.. I downloaded the app, signed in via myhealthevet, and it's asking for a 4 digit passcode. I don't have a passcode like that, wasn't redirected at all to get one, and there's no email sent assigning me one... Kind of hard to use an app that I can't open 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
"Login Failed. Now redirecting���" This is the message I receive either through the my DS Login or MyHealthyVet. Notified my Healthcare provider of the issue, they gave me the VA number to call. Waited for 40 minutes, got redirected twice only to be directed to an automated survey. I hung up. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled it and had the same issue.
The concept seems great. There are security challenges with logging into the app though. I've tried logging in using every option and haven't had any success so far. I'm using a Samsung Note 20 with hp to date OS.
I would give this app zero stars if i could. For the past three days i have tried every imaginable way to log in. Every attempt is redirected to a page that is not navigable. I just type in my info and it apparently goes off into never never land. Frustrated!
Have logged in using 2 different methods, both of which I verified that I'm using the proper credentials, yet still being told by the app that my login has failed. It's the app that failed, not my credentials. Looks like others are experiencing the same issue.
I can't log in. When I try to sign up, your app covers what I am trying to do. So I tried signing up using my Facebook account. It says - type in your mobile phone number or email address. Again your app covers what I am trying to type. I have tried at least 10 times and can not access the areas to type. Please fix. Your app is unusable at the current status.
It just keeps saying it is "loading" and nothing ever happens. Have closed the app and retried multiple times, same thing happens every time.
I logged in and then it asked me for a Passcode. After entering the same code twice, I just get to a blue screen that says, "VAHealthChat" and can't do ANYTHING from there. Govt obviously chose the lowest bidder for this project.
Garbage. Have logged in all three possible ways (I know I have the right credentials. E ahse they all work on the websites) and keep getting a login failed message and then it just looks up. Waste of time.
Can't log in. They must be tired of receiving messages from patients. I don't have these simple problems with other apps, so it must be intentional. Update: After uninstall, re-install I was able to login.
Okay as others have stated it also fails to log me in no matter which credentials I use. Further reading reviews it seems the app works in relation to certain VA's but does not tell you this before downloading or even when trying to log in. So if you get a login failed its poorly telling you you're not connected to a VA testing the VA Chat.
This app is horrible. I can't login at all. When I try to login, username box disappears along with the password box. Good idea for an app, horrible performance.
We're sorry, something went wrong. It appears that you are not currently receiving care at a VA facility participating in the testing of VA Health Chat. (Msg after trying on mobile browser since I couldn't log in thru app) This is the reason why it doesn't work for many of us.
In the passed 6 months ive tried to download and use this twice and i cant even login. Kicks me to the main login screen everytime. I try 3 times each time... time to delete and hope this gets fixed soon
Can't even login using My HealthyVet. Looking at reviews for this particular app shows a lot of Vets having a similar experience. Sure am glad I don't need to "chat" with the VA using this. Here is the information returned when I try to login: Invalid application/CSP combination: cirrusmd/mhvcsp2
Multiple redirects just get you to the myhealthyvet website, and then, it doesn't remember your login or password. All of that and 43MB of lost space on your phone. Way to go VA. How many millions were spent developing this garbage. Just use the website directly.
This app is in the test phase and only works with certain clinics in Florida, Georgia, Wisconsin, Minnesota, PR. Since I was not able to use it, I can't make a true review, however, the information that it's only for use in those areas should be the first thing you see before downloading!
Attempted logging in: login failed now redirecting. That message appears regardless of which way i try to sign in. Go to normal web portal and able to login without issue so I know its not me.
I couldn't even get logged in to this stupid app. I tried my Myhealthevet login, login failed. I tried my ID.me login, login failed. I don't have a DS login to try. Absolutely pathetic but completely par with anything VA.
Every vet should have this app. I found it by accident and it was much better than calling on the phone. I am 100% percent disabled and this app is so important.
App does not store on available sd card, so it wastes phone memory when it doesn't have to. Also, gave webpage not available error when trying to run the app and signing in with MyHealthVet id.
Same result as the others. Login failure. It's funny, whether I try to call or use an app, the VA is practically useless.
Tried several times on 3 devices. Says it is "installed" but can't find it in my apps. I'll just call the VA instead.
VA that I have been seeing since I was 25 or 26 can't I'd me any more. There still sending award letters. But they can't I'd me for there app. Which I desperately need.
Unable to log in. Logged in to id.me and my healthevet to verify accounts. App won't let me in. Can't be used at all.
Login failed repeatedly with correct info. Can login from the website but not the app. What a waste of time.
Once I sign in whether on HealtheVet or id.me it fails to register it in the app. Can't use the app! My PC version works through the regular website.
Unable to log in. VA prescription app works fine but this one does not work. Please fix this as secure messaging in an app would be wonderful for coordinating care
It's states that my password is incorrect in the e application, however, it works just fine in a browser.
I wasted my whole break at work just trying to log into this worthless app. With so many ways to log in, how does it just fail all of them. I changed my passwords on 2 of the sites just to get access and it still failed. There are way too many ways to access this info and they don't even work. I'm trying to schedule an appointment for care and this app is NOT helping.
