I like your apps design in general but very disappointed to see that you cannot make payments on the app. At least from what I could see you can't. Under the eBill option on the back of your paper bills in gives one the impression that you have to go paperless to pay on line. Is this true?
Extremely difficult to navigate. Requires user to enter account number to pay bill yet when user requests account number the platform doesn't provide it. This app is so ineffective that I have not been able to successfully pay my bill using it.
The map constantly errors out when trying to zoom or move it to search your area. Horrible app for a company like Dominion. An example of a Monopoly at it's best! LOL
This app really is terrible. I understand the app is mostly used for outage tracking, but you can't even zoom out on the map without it crashing more less pay your bill in 2020... Dominion sure enjoys that monopoly they have on power!
Disappointing- 2020 & can't pay bills with it! How little effort are they willing to put in for their customers that they made this app but offer no bill pay option, unlike most other utilities and services? I guess when you have a monopoly on the service you don't have to try very hard
Its sooo nice to be able to use an app to check and pay my bill..takes me like 5 minutes instead of like 15 waiting on the phone. Highly recommend if you're a mom and/or college student like I am!
Super useful to report power outage. We were able to stay updated on when it expected to be restored.
Not what I was hoping for. It's for checking & reporting Power Outage only. I was hoping for an App that shows my usage and I could pay my bill with. I live in VA.
Very easy to use for new connection, transfer, stop, restart service. Even has outage alerts.
South Carolina customers can pay their bills but Virginia and North Carolina customers cannot!? How stupid and lazy. This app needs to be updated or changed so CUSTOMERS can find it of some use. Anybody will call in if there's a power outage. Totally irrelevant. Design a better app ASAP! *(adding a link to click on is nonsense) A high schooler can design a better app.... or simply just COPY the South Carolina app!!! Same company ya' know! Geez.

Very poor. Failed to recognize my account number. Failed to use location service for map. Showed me in Virginia!
I get a monthly look at my power usage and am trying to use the information to better utilize my electricity.
It works. While the Dominion site couldn't find my info, the app immediately found it.

Dominion energy covers more than just power I want to be able to pay my gas bill thru the app too because I only have gas thru dominion
No words.. The app is just the waste of time and u still need to do all what u want going online
I being able to paid my bill but then I cancel they charge you $14.65 extra for paid online crazy first time i saw this my advise do not use this app
App continually crashes and is unusable.

This app lies tells you there are crews working on your problem yet you ride to where the problem is and no one is working we have a 3 year old with asthma no electricity means no asthma treatment thanks Dominion power work request # 32514677

Many of the alleged features do not work. The app allows the keyboard to cover some of the boxes that information is being requested in. And its locator shows me one or two streets over from where I am actually at. The webpage works better. Unloading this junk.
