Going by CANCÚN is an application that was born in September 2019 as a practical and portable tool to improve the communication of citizens of the municipality of Benito Juárez in Quintana Roo with their authorities.
Through Va by CANCÚN, a direct and permanent channel is opened between the citizen and the various municipal agencies through the eleventh councilor and his team in order to channel their opinions, complaints and citizen complaints.
