Vacasa - Vacation Rentals

Terrible app. Always crashes. constantly logs me off (even sometimes when I just leave the app to Google something and reopen it). filters do not work (i.e. filtering by prices does not work 99.99% of the time). overall a much poorer UX compared to other vacation booking apps. On top of that too, I have been unimpressed with Vacasa's selection and service when we have stayed.

Love the 3D walk through and the real price! This helps find a place without worrying that upon arrival what you get and what you thought you were going to get are not different. Many competing apps show lots of pics to fool you into booking an oceanfront room only to find rooms are really "assigned at arrival". I love knowing exactly what we will get. Edit & follow up: Vacasa has no way to help when the rental owner will not respond to problems. We left 2 emails and 3 phone calls. No response.

Terrible. Closes as soon as it opens 99% of the time. Fails at login if it gets to that point. Fix you app for android!!!

Throws errors left and right and rarely shows my current trip. Threw an error when I tried to submit feedback. Can't access any of my current trip information. Useless, never again. edit: their stock response is to contact that number. Tried twice, no response. Don't let them try and convince you they're trying to help.

Overall disappointment with this company. I paid a lot of money for my rental and did not receive good customer service. The travel insurance that is offered through a third party company is a JOKE and a waste of money. Doesn't actually cover any of the things listed. Vacasa doesn't care as they got their money. We were unable to use the oven at the rental since there was so much burnt food in the bottom. It would smoke so bad it kept setting off the smoke alarm. Couldn't reheat our leftovers.

This vacation management company is garbage. The place I rented, $2k, I didn't stay longer than 2 hours. It was thay bad. My rating for the place still hasn't been posted, because it was a bad review. I asked for a refund because it's a contract and this place was worse than a super 8 motel. Vacasa customer service take 90 minutes to answer if at all. My wife took pictures of how dirty and disgusting the home was sent with our complaint and still nothing. They don't care about the customer!

Quite pleased with the vacation rental and this app made everything seamless and simple. Highly recommended!

It is unusable. Just receive 404 errors every time the app is opened

App was good. It had a view times where I had to log back in but other than that it was ok. Gives you options on more places to stay as well. I'll be back on this app next year for my next vacation.

Ease of the app makes check in/check out easy. However, when trying to search for specific dates, the app does not save them. I put in the requested date, a property comes up and it is actually not available for those dates. Not very helpful for shopping by date range. It doesn't make sense that I put the date range in but it still will show properties that aren't available.

Customer service never returns calls. Agents throw blame on previously spoken to agents so noone is accountable. Don't have a real issue, it will never get resolved. They don't solve complaints they just forward comments. I could go on but........... they still won't fix the issue.

super easy and very user friendly, the simplicity of this app makes it so easy to book your vacation in literally seconds.

This is my second year booking with vacasa. I hope this year goes as smoothly as last year. Check in was easy, everyone was very polite and helpful. I have no complaints.

Great stay at this property. Condo was very, very clean on check in and the staff was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible app. Made me sign up for an account despite being booked via Airbnb. Then the confirmation numbers don't match. Then it says it can't find my reservation with any of the numbers provided, even though I used my own last name, then "User" then "Airbnb" and a few others that I thought might work. Nothing. Don't waste your time with this sh!&$+/* app. Not the good way to start a vacation.

Almost non existent customer service. Still waiting on them to get back to me one month later. Would not recommend. Also I would avoid them on priceline too.

app and email doesn't match up email confirms days are booked but app keeps sending me notifications to book??? They responded fast and problem was on my end not the app

We booked a condo through Vacasa spending over $5K for a month-long stay. We've not had a working washing machine since we checked in a week ago. We've called four times to get it repaired with no response. I learned on the fourth call to customer service that this was a known issue more than a week before we checked in for our stay. We were never notified of the issue before we checked in. You don't get what you pay for. Renter beware. (btw... Vacasa doesn't allow reviews on their properties until after you check out, and, even then, they indicate on their website that they don't post reviews with complaints about their properties.)

The condo we rented was great we went there just to ski the boulder side of heavenly was closed miserable those condos are rented during the ski season. It would have been nice to know that the boulder side of heavenly closed when we were there all free days I'm very disappointed

Won't open even after the update

Best customer service I have ever experienced. Much better environment to stay in while on business trips. Feels like I am at 🏡 home instead of at a hotel.

Communication is fast. I was also able to send photos of any issue encountered. Response was quick.

Unable to create account. When click emailed linke get 404 error message that the file or directory no longer exists. Now what?

Not even usable yet. I feel like I'm Beta testing for them. Sorry we've logged the error. Seems marketing may be ahead of usability
