Not user friendly The app is glitchy, constantly requires refreshing. There is no "calendar view" for scheduled appointments and the list view is difficult to read because there is too much info in each appointment listing (like the venue's photo, which shouldn't be appearing with every scheduled appointment). Scheduling repeat appointments is also confusing. All in all, it just feels like this app isn't concerned with ease-of-use or intuitiveness.

Very easy to book an appointment if you already know the business you are booking with. Horrible if you are looking for business suggestions. It's a shame because the app has a lot of potential. Also I shouldn't be asked to give a review to the same business everytime I use their service and I have already left them a review.

The app is hella trash. Auto magically logged me out. Says my password incorrect. Try to reset the password. It just stays loading an nvr continues after new password created. I'm lockout if my account. No way I'm after I set my appointment. Hella upgrades need to be done on this app. Booksy had this app way better put together.

Used to be a really great app. I loved using it to book my hair appointments and tattoos. Now I can't even get it to fully load when I open it. Nothing shows up on my screen and I can't book appointments. I can't rven see local businesses. I don't know if the newest patch accidentally caused a bug or something but it's really annoying. I hope it gets corrected soon.

Edit: Working again. Upfated rating. Usually 5 stars, appointments page not reloading so can't schedule - thats all ny salon uses. So frustrating and seems like it's been an issue for at least a week...

First off, it worked perfectly fine. Then outta nowhere when I tried to check if my request for an appointment has been accepted, it keeps telling me "Oops! An error has occurred." It signs me out, won't sign me back in, and if I manage to sign in when I change tabs it signs me out and I can't sign in again. I uninstalled and reinstalled but no dice. The app is garbage.

App is garbage. You can't access your calendar like you can on a laptop and your appointments will be empty on the app even when your calendar is full. This is trash.

Great idea but the app is trash. Constantly logs you out so notifications don't work if you're waitlisted for a haircut or whatever. It's just bad. Clean but trash.

Not working AT ALL! I can't select ANYTHING. Nothing loads. I can't scroll. Can't search. Can't view past appointments. Literally NOTHING works right now. I haven't been able to get it to work even once in the last month. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it still won't work.

When trying to reset password, it takes forever. I have fast Internet and still the app doesn't seem to grasp it.

I've tried MANY times to retrieve/change password. Once I hit forgot password, I changed password, try to log in and then it just spins and spins and spins. I uninstall, reinstall, try again, and it spins and spins and spins.

Requires credit card, but doesn't allow use of Google Pay, storing your credit card information, or auto-filling credit card information. Every time I schedule something I have to pull out my wallet to put in my credit card info. I barely even carry my wallet around anymore because of digitized ID, tap-to-pay, and autofill. This shouldn't be this difficult.

I hate having to use this for my appointments, but it's the service that my salons use. I've never liked using it, but today I'm writing a review because I quite literally cannot open my salons page to book an appointment. It just keeps reopening the home page and refuses to let me even look at my appointments. This app has always been broken, but this is ridiculous.

The app barely functions. Every time I try to do anything, it freezes up and then makes me log in again. I'm only using it because the salon I wanted to book at uses this system - I would rather use just about any other app for scheduling.

Always amazing service. I've been going to legends for over six months and had the same barber for a long time. Cesar is amazing, my regular barber and I've had Victor cut my hair in the past also great at his trade. Great app for appointments

This app does not perform well over WiFi or in areas with poor cell signal; which is a majority of what I have access to. This causes the app to be slow and clunky. Upon reporting the issue I was told it's because I don't have enough service - which I can't control. Fortunately my providers have left salons that use this app and I no longer have to struggle with performance quality.

The two stars are for the years of great service I experienced, until now. I always had great experiences. Recently, I have had appointments go missing from my book. I have contacted 3-4 different customer service representatives and after they realized it was NOT "user error" as they previously suggested - all I get is "it's fixed". They have told me twice now the issue is resolved and I unfortunately won't know - until it happens again. I really loved Vagaro until this started happening.

This is probably the worst app I've ever used in my entire life. I'd recommend just calling the business directly to book an appointment, it'll save you lots of headache because this app is essentially unusable. Examples: the search doesn't work (e.g. searching for hair salons in Beacon, NY will give you results in NY, NJ, and CT), the map doesn't work (any attempt to zoom or pan automatically will reset the map or close it), and searching by business doesn't work. Mostly nothing works.

It works but it's definitely not a fluid experience. It's hard to look up places if you already know the name. Trying to access my bookmarks I always have to click on the tab twice because it will glitch back to the main page. Every. Time. I definitely prefer online booking over doing it on the phone but this is rough at best. I really hope some of the people I go see for services make the switch over to something else.

I love how I can look for specific services wherever I am at. I moved states recently and it was easy to start looking for services near me. You want your nails done, just search the app for that. The same with hair and makeup. Not able to book with everyone through the app but I at least can get information to call.

Convenient, just wish the search was a bit better. I also think the app isn't very well optimized considering the weird load times when trying to click around the search. Either way, it's great for making appointments and I love that they made a feature for online classes and things for the various businesses during covid!

SCAM! don't download, once you enter your credit card information they will refuse to delete it. Enabling people to charge you for subscriptions no matter how many times you try to cancel

I think something is massively broken. It doesn't pull up the information at all. It basically all looks like a .txt file. I hope they get this fixed.

Unusable app. It was amazing for a while. Now, I can no longer view my appointments or change payment information. It keeps showing an error that says "invalid token" I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing happened. I looked in the FAQ for answers but the information there is for the business owners not the clients. The app is worthless. There is no customer support. Don't waste your time.
