Vagaro has been easy to use, and has had amazing customer service when I need help understanding certain features. The ability to create the type of services I offer, and set up the best way for customers to pay (invoices, pre-paid packages, card readers) has helped a lot. Pricing is very reasonable and depends on the features you need.
It is fairly user friendly, however our salon does a lot of walk in and no preference clientele, and there is not an option to do that. We have a lot of regulars but not an option for them to schedule sn appointment without choising someone.
I've overall loved Vagaro until recently when somehow my entire "Drive" was deleted. It's been weeks and they still don't have answers. After a week of not hearing back, I had to continue messaging and calling. Apparently it's easy to click unsubscribe and delete your whole entire drive. I highly recommend not using that part of the service. The other part is that client files are not private when you add just a renter for billing purposes or if you want to add a contractor. That person will have access to your entire customer list and contact information rather than just the people they are seeing or have seen. Something to think about if you are in a state where privacy laws are in effect and if you are a Licensed Healthcare Provider.
A wonderful booking app for all your appointment needs. send out reminder text messages and emails. There is a little bit of a learning curve on how to use it but once you get the hang of it it is easy-peasy
I've been using vagaro for my LMT Business for 6 years and it's been the best! Only $25 a month for all my scheduling, confirmation and remindes and the app works great! I've never had any issues.
It asks me to upgrade constantly even though it's upgraded. When I'm working and need to quickly check something it's so completely frustrating to have to keep checking in hopes that THERE IS AN UPGRADE that fixes that'll
So far this has been a great appointment scheduling app. I've used others and this by far has been the most reliable. Like other nothing is perfect but I've used it in our barbershop for 3yrs now and all the employees are able to use it and hook up their info and appointments easily. Their are a lot of backend options to set up so might seem overwhelming at first but the set up time is worth it.
The software has a massive glitch that causes inconsistencies in our staff's individual calendar views. It seems like the development cuts corners in order to create great new features while ignoring the basic functionality of the software. I am seriously considering switch switching to a different booking software because of the consistent issues I've had with a Vagaro over the last 2 years. I would happily pay more money for an app that works better.
Searched through tons of options for my small business so that my 2 employees can see each others schedule but not have to clump all of their clients into one list. Online booking, appointment reminders, and price is amazing.
Great app for scheduling for price. The only thing I don't understand is paying for text campaign since it's subscription paid. All the extra monthly fee adds up.
Good app to keep u on schedule. I am still learning how to use...it looks like it schedules in half hour slots not sure. Sometimes i am avail but says i'm not.
New update ruined the app. The calendar doesn't pop up and I can't view my appointments. It randomly lets me use the app but mostly it doesn't work. This new update caused this
Loving this platform. I am thoroughly impressed with the amount of free options. Customer service and trainings have been top notch. I've tried other business platforms and Vagaro is by far the best option for businesses.
Vagaro on tablet app doesn't work since last update Jan. 2022. I use Samsung Tab A for a year for vagaro and there was no problems since last updates. For now, when check out "add item" icon is gone. I can not add service and products on check out screen. I tested several devices (iPad, Android 9,11,12 , Two of Android tablets (android 11) have same problem. I hope vagaro can fix this bug asap...
Fairly glitchy, card reader connection issues, scanner almost never works and server downcan be down hourrrrrrs with no notification /update
What happened to the color coded pop up in notes??? I always cringe when I update with this app as they mess with what works.
I really like this app for my clients and myself, so convenient to use, I'm not a high tech person at all, so support service team helped me to set up my web page and now I can control my own schedule and my clients are so happy to get a reminder of their appointment (I don't need to text each of them ) . Thank you Vagaro Pro. 😊
I love Vagaro Pro. I can make an appointment for my clients any time, any where right off my phone. Easy to use. Really nice when I meet a new person that is interested in my services, I can book them immediately and they love that. ❤❤❤
They make so many uneccasary updates, the business owner and I are constantly trying to conduct business and now I can't even get my totals for the week. The salon owner doesn't mind if I have access to my clients privy info. But Vagaro locked down the info so I can't even call my client to see if they're running late, or whatever. I have to call the owners only they have that info, and they did not ask for that level of security. It won't update our price increase automatically to each client

Constant bugs, won't let majority of new clients create an account to book in with me. Comes back with email invalid. Customer service waste of time. No help at all. Cancelling account now
I used another system before this one so it's alot to change over things but I'm getting it. It's easier for my clients to book Online with the App than the other one! Way more info to report than other apps...
That is wonderful software which I'm using nine years. I'm esthetician. It is very easy to schedule appointments and it will automatically remind clients about their appointment. It is very easy for clients go online and book their own appointments.All my clients love this program.
Fulfills my business needs. Happy with the service. I do wish text confirmations showed the customer what service their appointment is for. They need that information to avoid booking mistakes. Update 1/12/22 Customer service very defensive when there is a problem. I have noticed this other reviews and in my own experience. I am now rethinking my options.
Works great for our small day spa! I love that I can check out a client who has visited multiple providers in a day and only check out once, while each provider still gets paid directly. Very easy to use and the customer service has been amazing. Very kind and helpful anytime I have a question.
Vagaro pro is the perfect app to use for scheduling appointments! I absolutely love it to run my salon. It's easy, fast, and customer service is always on top of things if I have a question!
For some reason I will search a name and not find it, create a profile for a client.....literally put in all the info I can, then a message pops up and says this person already exists. 😑 I will have the option turned on for merging the info between both profiles when this happens and it DOES NOT WORK. Now I have to re enter the missing info on the one that already exists. Frustrating to the max, I hate that.
