Whenever trash is picked up they never update the status. They will skip past collecting and last call so you can't request a pickup. I have 2 pickup requests that have been open for months from being ignored and I have no way of closing them from my end. App also feels incomplete because the chat with us function never works and orders as I said are never closed out.
Absolutely worthless and won't even work properly. After downloading the app, I go to create an account. I enter the verification code sent to email, and it says it's accepted but won't let me create the account.
Bad. Guys are nice but service.. they dont always take my boxes...yes small like the size of a laptop or shoe box. They dont come back for trash when reporting missed pick up. They are never consistent with time. Tell me to set it out at 6 then animals get into my trash because they don't pick up until after 8pm.
Trash is not picked up. Sometimes, they pick up the trash , drop it on the floor, and leave it. You can not tell me you noticed boxes fall off or trash bags hit the ground. How is it possible a cleaning company actually makes your hallway dirtier?
This app doesn't work at all. You try to make a selection and nothing happens. Just stays on the same screen.
This may be the worst app I've attempted to try to use. Wallet issues, freezing issues on payment processing. I tried their customer service in app and it seems as if they don't even work for this company. If it wasn't for the promo codes I kept receiving, I wouldn't have come back to try it again. jokes on me I guess.
Cant even log in. What am I even paying for monthly??? Will be pressing my apartment complex to cease business with this company. My trash is never picked up. And I'm pretty sure its because my apartment is close to the dumpster. That doesnt matter. I still pay for this service like everyone else.
App is garbage. No pun. It really is. Just go to the website if you need anything (and even that is....eh). Most of the time clicking sign in does nothing, and I've literally never been able to sign into my account even when I do get into the login screen, although I can sign in from a web browser.
I don't know what's worse the app or the service. I think they purposely take the app offline so you can't press the button to request them to come back and get your trash after they neglect to pick it up for the 4th time in a row. I stopped getting notifications and now the app doesn't work at all. Customer service never answers the phone. I guess you can't complain if they shut down all of your ways of submitting a complaint.
They advertise you can schedule a home cleaning as short as "1 hour in advance". More like 1 hour in advance IF it's available. I remembered last min they have this feature and was going to use it for standard cleaning this morning after I moved everything out last night. Already cleaned the major items and knew this would save time and hours of sleep. Wrong. Was up till 1am cleaning cause none of the dates/times offered are actually available. Genius idea: don't list these if you can't book it!
Not even sure why they have an app. It's honestly ridiculous how non-user friendly it is and how they claim they're are ways to use the app to get your trash picked up if it's missed then proceed to have you jump through a bunch of stupid hoops and still not have your trash picked up!!! A total waste of time and space on my damn phone!! All it's good for is reminding you to put out your trash each day and that's about it. It's PATHETIC that this was put out as an app at all.
Got an email from my community manager about our Valet Living service, and that there is an app. Downloaded the app, but after searching my zip code it says they're not in my area yet? Despite them having been here for the two years I've been living here? Also checked the zip code for where I'm soon moving to, where they also service, but I got the same response. Just broken, I guess. I'm able to log in but do absolutely nothing with it. Developer email goes to Accounts Payable?...uninstalling.
The service is laughingly bad. The trash is never picked up, probably because they often come hours before the pickup time. The customer service representatives never offer any solutions, and the collectors never updates that app, making the 'come back for my trash' button useless. I have to pay for this service that doesn't provide anything.
I was able to at least create an account, but now it won't even allow the option to sign in. I can't get the app off the intro screen asking me to login my info. Seems the app isnt very user friendly.
It's been five days. I'm not bringing hot trash in my apartment and your app was literally just having me sign in over and over, infinitely. When I updated the app, it then would not send the code to my phone. Fix this, because I am NOT bringing hot trash back inside my home.
Free trash pickup will not process unless I give them my credit card information. UNACCEPTABLE. I'll just call the desk without risking identity theft.
This is one of the worst, user un-friendly APPs I have tried to use. I checked the box, reached the terms/conditions page, scrolled down the page to accept and it took me to the previous page of checking the box which is already checked.
Not consistent with pickup times or times they don't even bother but yet I pay for it
The service and the app suck. My landlord does too for forcing us to pay for a service that isn't being rendered

I try to create an account. I get a verification code, enter it and it says incorrect code. Go thru the steps of entering my email, get a new code, and again I am told the code is incorrect. No way of contacting them and I am left with trash not picked up
Not good! Just immediately flips me from sign-in page to blank one with round processing circle and never connects??? Has been like this for weeks. Called number listed on my Email, which has no menu option for Customers, just internal employees/vendors? When I told man that answered phone about problem with APP, he said Rep for my Apartment would call me back, that was 3 days ago and no response? If this is how this Company operates, certainly do not want to entrust them to clean my Home...
It's telling me my zip code isn't service... lie then why are they getting from me. The guy that picks up the trash is stupid lazy. He gets my trash only when I complain. Right now there are two bags waiting for pick up. If I have to take out my own trash , stop taking my money it's pointless. And this app isn't working it's no help either.
Can't sign up for an account. I enter my email and new password, along with verification code, but the Create button seems to be disabled.
Doesn't work at all, won't allow you to login and the menu won't open. It's literally unusable and needs to be fixed

I use them everytime I go out of town to take care of my cats. :)
Edit: Finally got it to work with another email address. Great service and easy to use. Thanks! It won't let me log in at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It just spins and spins like it's loading but never does anything. Supposed to help with my apartment complex, but it wouldn't connect to my complex when I initially set it up, either.
