This is an entirely new mobile app, designed to replace the Valiant ESS mobile app. The Valiant ESS mobile app will continue to be available during the transition, but we encourage registered users of Valiant Solutions download this app in order to take advantage of the new and enhanced features. The Valiant Mobile app is only available to Valiant customers and their employees with a Valiant portal account. You must be registered on the Valiant portal by your employer. For assistance in registering or connecting to Valiant’s portal, please contact your company’s administrator.

Not helpful, bare minimum low bid app. Other apps I have used have an intuitive interface that allows access to a multitude of employee self service functions. This app is the cheap version of all of the good apps, such as ADP, or Chronotek. Steer clear.
Never been able to set it up. I add my employer during registration, then it tells me no employer found, click on the link to add employer and then it freezes. Every single time.
I am currently having trouble clocking in and out since Sunday and now it's Tuesday and it says the same thing that it's unable to determine the location with the location on the phone turned on can you all please fix this issue the whole company is fixed by it
It's not working properly. It won't allow me to punch in and out, saying something like "Punch Failed- Location not provided" even though I'm at the exact location.
No biometric login. App is constantly refreshing if I switch over to another app. Does not stay open in background.
If i change out of the app, i cant get back into it unless i close completely out of the app. Even if i log out. Now i have to close the app out completely just to be able to get back into it. Update. I have updated and tried on 3 different phones. Still the same issue. It works fine on my wife's iPhone but every android I have tried it on, the app still freezes everytime I switch off of it. It's very annoying to have to close out of the app everytime I need to use it.
App is ok... some downsides is that when clocking out past scheduled time it will clock you out on time and have to call office to fix. I used the Deputy app before and besides not being able to see pay stubs it was a much better app. If you can view your timesheets, add notes to the shift view, and allow it to clock out at the time you clocked out and not the time you were supposed to clock out, then it would be a much better app. I would rate higher for sure.
This app is good when it comes to keeping track of your payment history and or schedule... However I feel like it can greatly be improved if you can receive notifications every time your schedule was changed!!! And when payment are posted! I have a supervisor who constantly changes the schedule and fails to notify her employees! (Yes I understand it's not the apps fault and it's my supervisor) Adding a notification feature to this app when your schedule changes would be really good tho!
The scheduling layout is terrible. It's so confusing and cluttered. The different colors adds to the confusion (via web portal). You have to fix all these ridiculous technical glitches. Error, error, and more error. App feels broken.
Won't let me register. Couldn't login to the old APP because it expired. I go online to reset password, doesn't recognize my email. Just keep going round and round. There was nothing wrong with the last APP so why did they have to change it? Whoever thought this new app was a great idea is ignorant. If it's not broke don't fix it.
Download and view is useless the print on your pay voucher is so small you aren't able to read it. You can't pinch to zoom, to make your pay voucher read able. You should be able to download your pay voucher onto your device as well. We need a way to use the previous version until the problem in this app are fixed.
Not sure if its an Android-only issue, but for some reason when viewing pay statements, when zooming in, the font is blurry. Yet when you do this same thing on an iPhone the font is clear and readable.
Sometimes we have to stay and work long past our scheduled shift, it will automatically clock us out at the scheduled time and not the actual time. So frustrating especially for our Manager that has to look on our back up daily log in & log out sheets that he had to make up coz this App is useless.
Its absolutely garbage. Hopefully you'll never have to use it. Follow up- I feel like I need to say again this app is by far the most worthless thing I've ever used. Its constantly down or not able to use. Its extremely frustrating. It just seems to get worse and worse each month.
I can never clock in. This app is trash. I have to call daily to be clocked in when I should be able to use the app to clock my self in. It kept constantly crashing and now it says it can't access my location so punch ins aren't possible no more. I hate this app.
After you log in for the first time after the first download, the only way you could log in again is to reinstall the app. And if it crashes, same deal. Old one was way more stable.
Can log into work and check my pay stubs. But if I want to log out for lunch, it won't let me. Also, it will clock me out of work at the correct time, but 2 and a half hours before my shift is over. Valiant needs to fire whatever team made this app and hire competent developers **update ** app now crashes every time I try to log in. So they somehow made it worse
I cannot log into the old app because it's about to expire.Told me to use this app, but guess what can't log in because it freezes so I uninstalled to reinstall and tried again, And now It froze on step number 2 also it wants my location so I can log in to and out for work?
The app says view and download. Yes you can view it and when you try to enlarge, it becomes blurry. Download, remove that option from link because you can't download at all.
Always giving me an "Error Signing In - A server error has occurred" message. My app is on the latest version already. Uninstalled & reinstalled also, but keep getting the same problem.
The app is useless. I am tired of having to delete it and re download it just to check schedules. I am going to recommend to my company that we find something else if it is not fixed

This app keeps freezing up. I would love to download and print out my check stubs but this app keeps freezing. Very frustrating
When logging in, app tells me that I have not purchased the "Mobile Self Servive" module. I need this app for my work payroll. Why create and then release an app with this many problems? I thought my company's previous payroll system was bad, but this takes the cake.
Worked for 1 week then started giving me location errors and now I can't clock in/out on the app, reinstalled it but the issues are still there.
Ever since you supposedly updated this app. It is horrible. Never works right.. very frustrating...old version was beautiful.
It keeps telling me I'm using an older version I go to the play store there's no update. I uninstall then reinstall the app and it tells me again I'm still using an older version
Can't log into this new app. I am unable to view what I need to view for work. Now I am having to either text or call in to find out what my schedule is or training.
Unable to login to apps on android and iphone. Must be server problems. Message error signing in log on failed for (email) please try again. My login works on the website.
Useful and more convenient than my other option to view my schedule. Does not work half the time when not connected to WiFi. Works everytime when on Wi-Fi. Please fix. Samsung Galaxy Note 10+
